I don't think there's a proof that it's guaranteed, per se, but it's easy to see that stuff like that is highly likely to happen by chance.

Check Psalms 1, verse 1. Anything interesting there? No? How about Psalm 1, first word, and Psalm 1, 1 word from the end. Anything yet? Hmm... try the same thing, but with the number 2, and every other number after that until you run out of chapters. Then maybe count words from the beginning and end of the whole book, and try counting letters too.

Got an interesting number? Now hunt around for a famous person who can be associated with that number somehow. There's no shortage of those...
