Influence Phase
This is the first phase in the cycle. During this phase, the thread will be open for discussion.

• You cannot vote for someone's expulsion during this phase.
• Instead, you can provide Influence Points to other players.
• This is done by typing /influence <player name> in the game thread.
• You may provide influence points for up to three different people.
• Providing influence points is completely optional.

Influence Points are used to unlock new abilities. Upon reaching a predetermined amount of points, you will unlock a new ability. Everyone has at least two unlockable abilities.

The player order in the Gamblers tab is determined by the amount of influence points you have. Your ranking in the list may affect certain mechanics.
