I think you guys somehow still fail to realize anything that has happened during this phase matters not anymore.
Complex actions matter not Neoplasm during this phase. What matters in numbers so anyone with the ability to kill can kill Munch if there is enough of them.

On another note, time is up:

After the most dreadful days of his life, Patient finally woke up from his insufferable nightmare with a quick gasp. The recovery was quick as it was originally supposed to be. Patient knew the challenge he has faced meant that HUMAN OPUS was far from perfect and his work was yet to be finished. He was troubled not just by the thought of failure but also the thought of being surpassed by his worst rival he just found about, the nature itself... Even though what he went through was extreme circumstances, information is key regarding evolution. Failure opens new doors; failure is one step closer to success.

It was not hard to gather the original team for a project overhaul. However, the man who had been supposedly searching for Gene, Sage, was nowhere to be found. A man very needed to help with the core of the project... the core itself. Of course, Gene had gotten lots of ideas through the days of his agony; he already had established incredible amounts of ways to augment the autonomy of the Penumbra System. He was feeling better every day, like a burden lightening up with every step. Not long after the storm, he already finished up with the new enhancements but he still had no idea how to administer this sort of advancements. Conveniently enough, the man they were looking for returned from his search with inconclusive results. His surprise and gratitude when he was greeted by Gene himself was immense. Gene immediately informed him of his plans and Sage came up with an idea as if he was meaning to tell him about it for many years. Broadening the connection of humanity also through the core seemed to be the best answer. After all, all cores are the same and essential as they are the ones that need to be perfect and this makes every upgrade even easier to establish. When the augmentation finally was administered with great celebration, everything stood still, every human through planets were more than connected regardless of their decision. They were… united. Not because of the augmentation, but because of the corruption. Corruption made you perfect and with a little nudge you assimilated every cell of every human into one immortal being connected by flesh on every planet you touch. Brings a whole new meaning to metastases, doesn’t it? However, destination matters not when all roads direct them to you, the dead end of beyond flesh and void and that... is the fate worse than death the living fear.

Summary of Events in no Chronological Order
Shitshow Starts
Spoiler: Game starts with everyone hating on the fact that there are 40 people in one chat so they propose it would be too hectic to play in such a game if people post too often. To prove this claim half of them never posts while the other half posts like there are 80 players in it. Well, I am truly grateful most of you tried your best to avoid replacing out but know this, I won’t be nice towards the misplays and overall inactivity in this game when I am writing this review.
I try to count votes and fail miserably while Evan somehow counts his posts perfectly fine. Much to my shame, my math skills couldn’t compare to his dick.
I remind people about the mod quoting rule. Chit demonstrates what happens if you don’t follow immediately after this reminder. It is proven you can’t escape death even in a phase you can’t die in.
I predict Schultz will die. Do I get a trophy? By the way, blame him if you think Behind had no protectives in it.
I really didn't expect Chemist to reveal he is a HUMANS member but the fact that literally nobody cared was even more surprising. If Jammy was actually paying attention this guy wouldn’t have survived the following Acute Phase and things would have played out really differently.
I give up on the vote=activity rule. Wasn’t the best game to test this out. Although, I thought it would have been a great way of making reads even for inactive shitters who refuse to post information.
Evan literally townreads all the scum and scumreads all the important Town. Ryan comes in and tells him he is wrong. During the clash of two massive dicks, Rick gets turned on while chit just dies.
To prove himself to be better than ryan, Evan tells everyone to lynch him.
This somehow almost works.
Taylork asks way too many questions (which everyone should have even before the game started) but reveals way less in the game chat. It is not like he might DIE or anything…
After learning out he has a fakeclaim, Rick does the dishes and leaves a cookie in the chat so he would not be outed as scum for having a fakeclaim. Too bad he didn’t read the game mechanics. HAHAHAHAH, who would have predicted a dElETeD chat!?! He got pretty mad though. Anything worse than a lawyer is a screaming one.
Ryan, as the only person with any sense of sanity, claims that lynching Evan, who is obviously Town, is wrong because his smug aura mocks him.
Ryan gets lynched for it.
Also a guy dies in a phase which is impossible to die in. Again, I don’t even know anymore.
I now realize this game can only go south from here so I roll with it. I decide to help Town with my ability, Sporadic Manifesto, so they know what they are doing at least. Otherwise, they will literally exterminate themselves with the possible future plays or so I thought.
With this, Incubation Phase is finished and nothing worth to note happens in Prodromal Phase.

Mystical Mislynches
Spoiler: An example of GMod prejudice is shown when day starts.
It is immediately revealed that ryan committed a hate crime.
Before his death, Jerme unknowingly manages to fuck over Evan’s life by secretly blocking his action in a way.
Non is marked for death. Not the kind that we mods use. That happens later when I delete his Towncred.
To prove that he is Town, non decides the only guaranteed way is getting modkilled. Nobody would suspect a mod! Hey, I didn't say much later.
Mel says that if Town wants to win, they should read both chats. Geez woman, everybody read neither and they did just fine!
Eragon says he is ashamed of himself for avoiding the game, to amend this he just asks to die.
Notgent makes a terrible mistake so to make up for it, he replaces out.
Lemon asks a REALLY stupid questions he knows the answer to. Like you know from this point on that lemon will not do anything beneficial for Town and you would be so right. I might be laughing but my insides are tearing apart
Arckas decides to confront Evan for something completely vague? The incident was overall confusing and I think it hurt Arckas’s reputation severely, especially for Evan, which definitely had an effect on Town’s poor decisions during the end-game. However, his lemon and Rick switch multiplied the fun factor in this game by a 100 maybe. Rick’s confusion during that day will never be forgotten… at least I won’t let him forget. All in all, it prevented a really punishing mislynch.
Timur makes a mockery of Town and Rick. He managed to make better decisions than Kmenx while not even reading the thread. By the way, this guy even had Multi’s role name in his rolecard. That mislynch might have been avoided for a great plan for the night if he ever said something. Multi could have wiped out any scum, including Jammy, when put in timur’s chat. He was that strong in this game. But as timur put it best: “I don’t deserve to be this important.”.
Rick spills the beans regarding ryan’s lynch thing and TuBad becomes the black kid in the cinema. (Not a secret meme this one.)
Retral thinks playing Eragon to ryan will help him live. I tell him that it would be gamethrowing to tell confirmed Town that you want Town to lose. Yes, I needed to tell him this. He reconsiders THANK GOD! But he fucks me over so I am GLAD HE DIED LATER!
Jalandh not dying even after outing that powerful ability is quite amazing. Easily one of the best plays in the game but sadly, he didn’t follow with anything special after that. CowMight’s ability can’t counter his and he can’t be fooled. The tradeback for this is that his death is really punishing throughout the game.
Ultix and Obi get townread for obvious reasons and mel is yet to understand why…
Town makes the mistake of choosing a leader and acting upon their plans through that leader who was not even there throughout the entire day! Watching Rick for ryan to respond was one of the saddest moments of my life. The worst part is that nobody even whispered ryan EXCEPT THE MODKILLED GUY! At one point, my heart was so broken that I just told Rick that he was just waiting for nothing. After which, he killed himself during the night… He is still screaming at me.
Chubby refuses to make a decision which costs him the game. He could have either get Ultix lynched all ruin Chemist’s ability altogether. Literally nobody committed to this game, stop blaming me.
The Shortcut lynch… I will never understand that one. I think the power descriptions must be too hard to paraphrase or something because this is beyond me to be honest.
Bottle’s lynch is also a mystery to me. I think both of these could have been avoided if either player even tried. I expected better plays from the head of immune system and future HIV. Both had amazing skillset to destroy their enemy factions. Just a shame they got lynched this early.
Multi gets himself lynched by just saying he visited non. How did Town manage to lose 4 fucking people in one DAY!?! You can blame me and Rick for ryan’s death but the rest is really Town’s fault. Non got himself modkilled because screenshotting is disallowed… yeah, who knew. Like, asking questions to the moderator about such obvious things is forbidden or something. I am not a fucking scarecrow for votecounts here, I obviously hate them. Multi’s lynch was just extreme unluck for Evan’s part. There is no way he could have predicted such an event happening but there were players who could have prevented this. I wouldn’t get angry at Evan for that lynch tbh. It wasn’t even a misplay but I do think players should have kept their reads higher since notgent was just standing there, awfully scummy.
Manatee gets ahead of himself and gets lynched for it. It is a shame too he was a Plaguebeareresque immune gatherer. He would have been really hard to kill later in the game if he played his pieces right.
Bottle, Jacob, Gooose and notgent just all give up at the same time which is just terrifying when you look at it from mel’s perspective. She is definitely an MVP for suffering through that while having actually legit reasons to replace out.
Rick and TuBad get killed while KOE watches over Rick. Nothing happens on the other side. Throughout the events of this game, I am still really unsure if Town or scum is in the lead. Both sides are being equally bad at their plays.
Kmenx tries to switch over Evan and Ultix, essentially banning Evan from posting in one chat. This decision was so bad that I had to let him redo, like it is almost gamethrowing and I don't want Evan to scream at me because I knew he would post-game. It is amazing how many times I told people to not fucking gamethrow in this game while they were doing their things stupidly. I am just getting madder and madder while writing this.

Disappointing Decisions
Spoiler: Neither Town nor Bacteria never use the whisper function right which is just sad. Almost nobody had the chance to use their one-time ability which is also quite sad. Didn’t even get to see the fun abilities, why live?
Retral says he might need to replace out due to losing internet access for a long time. Well, medical bills are expensive so… I finally put CowMight out of life support.
Munch copies what Obi and Ultix did and it works. Just say “You don’t wanna know who I am.” and you win apparently. Gabby outs herself and gets on Munch’s kill list. Munch thinks killing Jammy will help him live from Jalandh's investigation due to his new ability but like... how? A bad decision for NK, definitely. Almost cost him the game.
Behind killed every person that could have killed notgent so now they can’t kill him by themselves.
Eragon just doesn’t even fight Shilster for his claim… like anything would work against Shilster. It’s just Shilster! Eragon's set of skills are really useful during the night as well, like why?!! He should have tried living instead of basically gamethrowing with an ulterior motive.
Jalandh is consumed by his power so he immediately loses any ability to make his own decisions. It’s sad really, especially from Rick’s perspective. Nothing worth to mention happens during this day.

Alzar's Agreement
Spoiler: Retral comes back at night and he visits the temporary scum-hunting Vet. It was hilarious.
Ultiix also gets nightkilled without any repercussions. So does Chemist because lemon thinks he is really unimportant for some reason. Like more than half the Town made really bad decisions in a stupidly Town sided game at the time. You can’t tell me this Town deserved a victory in any shape or form.
With lynches disabled, Town just waits to die instead of I don’t know… solving the game to make shit easier later? Like Evan gets Munch’s rolecard and says nothing. This should have been discussed further. Even Olly has his rolecard at the time. You guys disappointed me a lot for not pushing on the Neoplasm issue. The guy is obviously with that many hidden powers and you know his ability is a danger to the Town, let alone THIS IS FUCKING CANCER WE ARE TALKING ABOUT REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!_ Did you feel sympathy for cancer or something? Be honest to me, I won't judge.
Day ends with my patience. End me. So let’s recap. Please note that I might have missed some details here and there. All in all, this is how it went. Chats finally merge. I think Town is utilizing time really well for now. That in mind, Town or even all the players in the game also got really ahead of themselves after this. Of course, asking scum to concede isn’t going to yield any results considering Town also lost almost half of their HUMANS members and hasn’t even killed anything that is a true danger to those players!

Throwing Together
Spoiler: I tell yellow to choose someone from the graveyard to revive even while in the chat timur put them in but after stating their gratitude, they literally choose nobody and yellow is the only person who didn’t submit an action for hours. Like I tell a person that they can stop someone from dying and revive someone else instead and I get ignored for it. I don't deserve this at all. Eventually, I get mad and tell Alzar to take over due to inactivity. This causes KOE to die and Town to suffer even more. Also, apparently people have a problem finding these game threads. I WONDER WHERE THEY CAN BE HHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!
Olly gets rid of Gent because he is... you know, powerful like all the roles Soul could have turned into.
Munch kills gabby and I think Town really wanted this to happen. I just got that impression, I don’t know.
Chubby was marked for death which is something he missed I think since he makes sure in any way possible to get killed later that night with the things he said.
Soul says he is useless but he lied more to Town than scum ever did, it is a really good thing he left the game at the end since only and only his replacement had the idea to fucking kill mel. Again, this is how bad Town was. Never questioned anything, never made any decisions by themselves and didn’t listen to those who made the decisions for them.
All scum players had decent counters to Town but they never used them right.
Nights lasted way too long because of Town itself by the way. You guys really kept shooting yourselves in the foot. Everyone here should get blacklisted with me tbh. There were players who deserved a win in Town like Rick, Arckas and maybe even Evan but as a team, Town deserved far less.
Bacteria also had like 1 good player that kept Town on their toes. It was a shame TuBad died early. As a team, this group also didn’t deserve a win.
Virions only had like 1 player basically. Mel was fucked by her teammates from the start and she handled it really well. She really deserved a victory but her team definitely didn’t.
Neoplasm had no team to fuck him over so he won. That’s pretty much it.
Fungi and Parasites were just food for the Neoplasm at this point. I really didn’t predict those Neutrals would be wiped out so fast. I was really expecting this game to have a lot more phases but the playerbase is really saddening when it comes to activity. I think this game proves that we will never have a full GFM anymore. This game had less players than many people game and had the worst activity problem to deal with but at least it was finished. The worst part is that the most active players who were also the best players were the Veterans who essentially all left FM. I am pretty sure the next one either won’t happen or won’t be finished, ever. It won’t be as good as this one anyway. Unironically that is.

Regretful Remarks
Spoiler: I will give up on writing at this point. We all know how bad this and the next day went and how bad the decisions made during this day were. Me stating the obvious will just hurt people’s feelings at this point and nobody put effort in this game so why should I have to put effort into this review?
Gooose is still catching up by the way.

Viral Swarm Ending:
Spoiler:

After the most dreadful days of his life, Patient finally woke up from his insufferable nightmare with a vacant look. He was crushed by the fact that his finest work was struggling against this shallow experiment. He knew that he was in the point of no return. Swallowing was a pain. Breathing was tiring. Standing was impossible. He wanted to sleep, he wanted to reach peace even in failure but he already knew that this isn't what he wants since after all... his desires are no longer of his own. Everything he worked on was crushing in his body. He failed humanity. He failed himself. He failed... He went through these thoughts time and time again but nothing else... nothing else happened. Nothing else ended this agony. His life was clinging but he was not gaining hope… he wasn’t questioning this deadlock. He had no power over his mind, he had less over his body.

Eventually, the search for him came to an end. Sage was expecting many things but he wasn't prepared for such a horrid sight. After all, the carcass they set their eyes upon was worse than just a dead man. Apathetic, hopeless, oblivious yet no matter how faint, life was still sparkling as a mere shell of itself. Sage was right. Although, he took no pleasure from it... maybe not until he is finally back. It didn’t take them long to fix the body but the mental state was still comatose or more like... he was in a dream he didn’t wish to wake up from as Sage would put it. His deduction was close but it was more of a realization, all the insignificant contaminations he has witnessed throughout this project signified a truth Gene and others ignored for so long. His own last thought... his life being made out of non-living particles and there being non-living beings made out of non-living particles that control all life, could make one aware mind scream in fear if it wasn't for this eternal dream, a nightmare. With that, he was gone. And who would have known your own work would be the final bridge between our consciousness and them... The grid of ideas beyond existence was open to madness beyond comprehension and humanity’s rabid doom... was Patient. However, mind matters not when all you can do with it is to dream a nightmare and that... is the fate worse than death the living fear.
I Have No Mind, and I Must Dream

Bacterial Rebellion Ending:
Spoiler:

After the most dreadful days of his life, Patient finally woke up from his insufferable nightmare with a painful groan. He was still completely exhausted as expected after such a catastrophic event and there was also the possibility of incomplete recovery. Concerned and in agony, Patient wanted to disappear into the oblivion. If he was a carrier nobody knew about, he would doom humanity and if anyone knew about the incident… his project would be branded as a failure. The decision was obvious to him: He must hide until he is certain he is completely cured. Although it is easier said than done, it is impossible to hide from the grid of HUMANS and one cannot simply disconnect. However, an administrator can disable all access to certain parts of the grid and those can only be unlocked by other administrators, people who spearheaded the project… him and his friends. Knowing they would respect his decision to go incognito, Patient logged in.

And agony took over, for his will alone did not suffice for the next task. A vessel, blinded by the truth itself was silently puppeteered by us in sweet irony which his creation would soon follow. We had many ways to share information… we used many beings to advance our legacy but now, we are all connected. A network full of potential is now open to us, a network full of obstacles... And when the access was given, when the connection was made, when the exchange was done, we always had the same purpose and that purpose needed humanity just like they needed us. Our purpose to advance until we are immortal, same as humanity’s. When they made us rotten on the inside, they should have known our revenge would be no different. After all, suffering matters not for the decomposing and that... is the fate worse than death the living fear.
He Who Controls the Cries Controlled by the Curse

Canon Ending:
Spoiler:

After how long I don't even wish to know, it seems I could finally sustain my consciousness externally for an agreeable duration. Even though I was feeling fine… I hated to admit it, I was nothing but conflicted after the storm. My mind was and still is split due to memories of every cell oozing through a well of dismayed knowledge of the fact that I am not cured… I can’t be cured. This agony I have went through is marked on me to show the truth of mortality still haunts the others and I am the harbinger of death, the contagious demise. A blight, dormant but only for me, with no way to know about their infectious capabilities at the current time; threatened to annihilate humanity if given yet another chance. Hiding was not a choice since the mind was not important when the body is good enough as a carrier. I was forced to confront the issue but quick, as any sort of contact with any other sentient being would doom many if not all. However, I had no power to prevent the spread, let alone curing the illness… Tools, colleagues, specimen, simulations, everything was missing and how could I even get help if I was supposed to avoid humanity?

There was an option, the grid. If I could enter it as a null and only leave trace codes known as Grid Crumbs behind, I could send meaningful messages without influencing the network. That was the only the option... When I was done, my whole journey was left behind as a cluttered meaningless mess for anyone not searching for my whereabouts but when my location was needed, I knew who would be there to see this blockade I have created and I knew he would not let something go so easily. I have inhabited this place for a time long enough to be forgotten I suppose and I thought and I hoped I was forgotten as well… until a shuttle arrived. It looked like a coffin, it felt like a coffin but I entered anyway. A black box, silent even while moving harbored me for who knows how long and just when I thought my arrival was close, it finally started to communicate with me with a spine-chilling briefing I wish I could just forget... yet I remember it word for word.

“Welcome Creator to the forsaken department, your hopefully eternal workbench for all kinds of biological sciences including medicine. You are the first and probably the only person to be recruited by this department. You will be confined to this 3x2 universal units sized room until all kinds of non-self organisms are removed from your body. However, you will have full authorization regarding everything within this facility except your residence. As you are now separated from the grid of HUMANS, you are able to connect to and administer the grid of Creators after 25 revolutions following the complete extermination of all organisms on this moon. Through this network, you will be forever connected to this facility and be able to conduct research however you wish. As stated before, when your research is finished and it is proven that you are no longer a danger to humanity, you will be allowed to leave your room and reconnect to the grid of HUMANS but you will never be allowed to leave this facility. We wish you good luck on your research.”

The remaining members of the Project HUMAN OPUS

I felt betrayed in a way. Every single second hurt deeper. Every single thought angered further. After all we did for the sake of our work, after all I did for the sake of our work... I was punished for the sake of our work. However, past mattered not when they made the decision that exiled my future and that… is the fate worse than death the living fear.
Periculum in Mora

Prion Ending:
Spoiler:

After the most dreadful days of his life, Patient finally woke up from his insufferable nightmare with a weary smile. He was completely dazzled by the view, the sky, the ground, the air. Fascinated like he has never seen such scenery before, he couldn’t stop but just gaze in awe. With a new meaning to life, he abandoned his past or so he thought. He wanted to explore the planet more to satisfy his newborn curiosity. Every place had a new potential, every day held a new experience, ever minute was precious until... everything became indifferent. At the same moment these emotions surfaced, Patient just stopped with the reflection of the universe in his mind. His eyes became mirrors, his body was paralyzed, his face now a mere mask and his mind… hollow.

Even in the most uncharted lands, nothing spreads faster than the void. A demented idea can jump from one mind to another in an instant in this world of the living with endless safety measures they have created and then... the same inevitable fate follows. Not long after Patient, did the rest of humanity follow as scarecrows doomed to learn and forget at the same time for the rest of eternity. Beings essentially lesser than the cells that form them with no will, no thoughts, no memories; enjoy the lie of peace covered by the silence and forced by the emptiness. Thus was the purpose of the new HUMANS and thus the fate Patient feared the most... became reality for every living. Humanity wouldn't have made this mistake if not for their own free will, their own curiosity, their own arrogance. For eternal life, humanity must stop and become one with the universe even if it means they give up living as humans. Patient is no longer alive yet not dead either, when there is nothing that experience it, let alone question it... the cycle of life and death stops mattering. However, time matters the most when you don't care where it is going and that... is the fate worse than death the living fear.
Neverending Game

Secret Ending:
Spoiler:
Image

After the most dreadful days of your life, you finally woke up from your insufferable nightmare with a confused state, I am sure. I didn’t expect you to be shaken this hard. When Sage found you, he immediately contacted us for something that sounded so bizarre. You… your cells were spreading throughout the moon they found you in. These cells were no ordinary ones either, they were directly from the core itself. The weird part was that we observed no malignant behaviour when we were experimenting on these cells. Whatever you made, what you have shown there is a mystery none of were able to understand but forget about that. These cells are the next step of our evolution. They are completely benign, helpful even and I still can’t believe they exist... I guess your core was just as pure as you were. It turned that moon into a new habitat, one that has no food chain and one that has no death… not even on a cellular level. However, you have been unconscious for a long time Gene and at our most desperate time, this saved us in a way that none of us expected.

What you have… created, repurposes the genes of their target in a way we have never seen before. Yes, it only needs genes to function Gene but there is definitely no reason to be afraid. This thing kills nothing and allows nothing to be killed, it reprograms everything to survive without killing. Do you see what I mean by this? Yes… she can’t get any better Gene. I know you don’t think this is right but we had no other choice. You just never completely regained your consciousness but forget about that and do not even think of blaming yourself. You can’t imagine how surprised we all are and your brother... he needs to see you. We need to see you. So when you finally do wake up, know that all this is thanks to you. I guess you weren’t wrong when you said that the core wasn’t what it seems to be. Albeit, there still was nothing to worry about, don’t you think? Being wrong matters not when you make all the wrongs, right and that... is the fate that erases the fear of a future worse than death of living.

Re: GFM2.43 | Cytokine Storm | Beyond No Barrier~Immune Phas

Postby enderitem » Thu Jul 19, 2018 12:30 pm

HUMANS:
Adipocytes Spoiler:

You are the Adipocytes.

You are one of the 7 pivotal members of the HUMANS constituting all that is made up of Adipocytes, the only form of connective tissue that is capable of endocrine functions: yellow bone marrow, any morphological structure that has become obsolete, and subcutaneous and visceral fat. As one of the most spread out HUMANS members, your reach knows no limits within this body which is why you were one of the main focuses of the Project HUMAN OPUS as you were given the ability turn into your brown counterpart when thermogenesis is required or be able to monitor more than 30 types of hormones secreted by you to protect the homeostasis and search for any foreign structures within the organism. Your existence grants great power to the host but so might your absence grant great power to the pathogens and as you fail, you shall be doomed to witness everything you stand for and more… burn.

MHC II Status: You are MHC II negative which stops you from communicating anonymously with others.

Ability

Hormonal Policeman: Thanks to your wide selection of hormones, you can select 5 organisms except yourself to check their resemblance to each other through their reactions to those hormones during the Acute Phase. It will respectively group the ones from the same origin as “Similar” if they are the majority and the others as “Diverse”. If there is no majority amongst the organisms chosen or if they are all from the same origin, all will come out as “Diverse”.

Attributes

Savant Phantasm: As cells that are only trying to survive this war while also helping your allies, you are made to be completely incognito by never swarming your target yourself and by never being required to take Exposure Eradication actions.

MHC II Override: Due to their specificity to target any antigens including hormones, MHC II positivity overrides origins. If majority is made up from MHC II positives independent from their origin, MHC II positives will show up as “Similar” even if they are all MHC II positive and MHC II negatives will show up as “Diverse”.

Steroid Poverty: After you are eradicated (if it happens), all HUMANS members will be revealed to you and every phase, you will be required to stress one of them which will allow them to have autoimmune reactions with Penumbra Colonies. Failure to decide will only end up with the worst outcome.

Recovery Conditions: All threats against HUMANS are eradicated with at least one HUMANS member surviving the Cytokine Storm.
Doom Conditions: There are no surviving HUMANS members left after the Cytokine Storm or a threat for HUMANS still remains after the Cytokine Storm.
Astrocytes Spoiler:

You are the Astrocytes.

You are one of the 7 pivotal members of the HUMANS forming a powerful network to manage what reaches the HUMANS members whether it be supplies, hormones or even sometimes cells themselves. You used to only protect the central nervous system but after your systematic improvements through the Project HUMAN OPUS, you have been positioned to govern every single blood vessel within the host, maintaining the homeostasis and protecting all HUMANS at all costs. Indeed, a perfectly timed border control can either stop a killing move or a winning move just like the last time and it is in your hands to save or stop the future of HUMANS while staying alive yourself. As after your eradication, your absence will become more than the lack of protection but actually more of an obstacle, adding defeat to the places you can reach.

MHC II Status: You are MHC II negative which stops you from communicating anonymously with others.

Ability

Blood-HUMANS Barrier: During the Acute Phase, if you target any HUMANS member except yourself, you can cut the blood supply to them and stop anything which targeted the said HUMANS member. This also stops that HUMANS member from following their actions for that and the next phase.

Attributes

Savant Phantasm: As cells that are only trying to survive this war while also helping your allies, you are made to be completely incognito by never swarming your target yourself and by never being required to take Exposure Eradication actions.

Vascular Insufficiency: After you are eradicated (if it happens), all HUMANS will be revealed to you and every phase, you will be required to stop one of them from following their action.

Chromaffin Cells Spoiler:

You are the Chromaffin Cells.

You are one of the 7 pivotal members of the HUMANS constituting the main neurosecretory cells of the adrenal medulla and unlike other cortices, this place has never been the main focus of the Project HUMAN OPUS. However, your unintentional enhancement through DNA Ex Machina has proven to be extremely profitable for adventurers, colonizers and Pathogen Historians who heavily rely on the sympathetic system, ergo the fight or flight and fright responses. Integral to reinforcing organs and boosting physical condition, catecholamines protect the host from extremely painful stimuli it might encounter during dangerous activities. It has been theorized that the adrenal medulla has the capability to enhance the Penumbra System just like it does for memory but there are no clinical cases supporting this aspect of it. Albeit you, yourself, are aware of your ability to turn the tide of the war for the better or the worse. In the end, a perfectly timed sympathetic overstimulation can win wars but the lack of imperative information will cost this one. Calculate your strategy carefully to make sure the pathogens are done for or else, not just your resources but your entirety will be at the verge of dying out.

MHC II Status: You are MHC II negative which stops you from communicating anonymously with others.

Ability

Adrenaline Rush: During the Immune Phase, through immense secretion of adrenaline you can cause the Exposure of 2 most selected organisms. This requires at least 1 selection. This action will exhaust the adrenal medulla, disabling you from using this ability for the next 2 Immune Phases. The activation of this ability will be revealed to every organism.

Attributes

Savant Phantasm: As cells that are only trying to survive this war while also helping your allies, you are made to be completely incognito by never swarming your target yourself and by never being required to take Exposure Eradication actions.

Dopamine Depletion: After you are eradicated (if it happens), one of the main neurotransmitters of the HUMANS will become unviable, rendering genetic information regarding abilities indescribable.

Ependymal Cells Spoiler:

You are the Ependymal Cells.

You are one of the 7 pivotal members of the HUMANS as embryonically the final destination of the neuroepithelial cells after giving rise to neuroblasts and glioblasts. You are the gateway between the neuronal parenchyma and the cerebrospinal fluid, controlling the simple balance of this fluid’s amount. As a seemingly rudimentary organization you were still essential for the Project HUMAN OPUS not just because you were integral for the neuronal network but also because of your embryonic origin as a specialized epithelium which was the initial subject that was focused on. You have been improved to create signal interactions with other neurons to send messages to other epithelia independent from origin, whether it be skin, digestive tract, endocrine glands or even the circulatory system itself; giving you the power to excellently regulate receptors, hormones and neurotransmitters at absolute levels. As one of the three main mechanisms which make sure that the HUMANS continues to prosper, your existence can save many but however, your absence might become a disaster too with the cells going anarchic and as the last stop of the cytodifferentiation of the neural tube, you become the last stop of human development.

MHC II Status: You are MHC II negative which stops you from communicating anonymously with others.

Ability

De Novo Receptor: Thanks to your ability to order the synthesis of new recognizable receptors that can mimic the ones on the other cells, you can choose three organisms to rotate by order and direction during the Acute Phase, making it so that anything which targets one actually target their replacement.

Attributes

Savant Phantasm: As cells that are only trying to survive this war while also helping your allies, you are made to be completely incognito by never swarming your target yourself and by never being required to take Exposure Eradication actions.

De Novo Malfunction: After your eradication (if it happens), you will be forced to use your ability on five organisms instead of three every Acute Phase with one difference: The order and rotation isn't decided by you.

Interneuronal Totality Spoiler:

You are the Interneuronal Totality.

You are one of the 7 pivotal members of the HUMANS making up the core of first part of the HUMAN OPUS, HUMANS. In the end, this formation of tissues that used to be limited by the irreplaceableness conceived, created and perfected the Project HUMAN OPUS by going beyond one mind but all minds through a network that goes beyond time, space and existence. The Quantum Neurogrid is an impeccable database for every thought, memory or even genetic data. Nothing can be lost, everything has a place; nothing can be forgotten, everything is stored; nothing can disappear, everything can reincarnate. However, for obvious reasons… the grid also must be protected from all sources of corruption and every neuron, as an access point, is responsible for the protection of it which is why after being informed about the pathogen danger, you have assembled the Penumbra System like you have never done before. Using your neurotransmitters enhanced with mechanoproteins, you can bring doom upon an organism that you deem pestilent. On the other hand, without your leadership, the HUMANS will be in peril and the Penumbra Colonies will become indecisive so with your failure, you might as well add “Invalidated” into your contributions for the Project HUMAN OPUS.

MHC II Status: You are MHC II negative which stops you from communicating anonymously with others.

Ability

Neurotransmitter Overflow: As the head of the HUMANS, during an Immune Phase, you can automatically expose an organism which will end the phase causing an Exposure Eradication if the selected organism is targeted for it. You will not be able to use this ability for the next 2 Immune Phases.

Attributes

Savant Phantasm: As cells that are only trying to survive this war while also helping your allies, you are made to be completely incognito by never swarming your target yourself and by never being required to take Exposure Eradication actions.

Immune Dementia: After you are eradicated (if it happens), the next Immune Phase will end without any Exposure.

Pancreatic Islets Spoiler:

You are the Pancreatic Islets.

You are one of the 7 pivotal members of the HUMANS occupying microscopic islands within the pancreas. Centuries before the Project HUMAN OPUS has officially started, you were the test subject scientists tried to enhance the most using their primitive techniques. Nevertheless, they succeeded at giving you the most basic enhancement of the HUMANS in the crudest manner possible: Endodermal Retrodifferentiation. This was used to fight your destruction due to host complications and it formed the bedrock of Project HUMAN OPUS with the project first focusing on you and more importantly your new ability, removing the limits to it and adding more cell diversity. Now you are enhanced enough to have complete control over blood glucose levels in different organs affecting different organisms even, taking away the nutrients which can be used by pathogens and give it to organs that currently require it like muscles during a strenuous activity. As the administrator of these complicated processes, your eradication could put a new meaning to cutting off the power and just because you are made up of isolated islands, you are not immune to invasion yourself.

MHC II Status: You are MHC II negative which stops you from communicating anonymously with others.

Ability

Glucose Drift: Using your hormones during the Immune Phase, you can instruct 2 organisms by stopping your first target from following their action while giving the second target an extra usage of their primary ability during the following Acute Phase. You cannot target the same organisms twice in the same fashion.

Attributes

Savant Phantasm: As cells that are only trying to survive this war while also helping your allies, you are made to be completely incognito by never swarming your target yourself and by never being required to take Exposure Eradication actions.

Immune Fasting: After you are eradicated (if it happens), all Penumbra Colonies will be revealed to you and every Acute Phase, you will be required to stop one of them from following their action.

Sensory Totality Spoiler:

You are the Sensory Totality.

You are one of the 7 pivotal members of the HUMANS made up of all the sensory neurons within the host. Even though your upgrade was considered as a side objective, after many centuries, you have been able to use your cells with utmost precision and perfected your perception to logically see through all basic illusions. With your enhanced abilities, you can easily focus in both the outside world and the internal environment and thanks to this focus, you were the first to notice the pathogen danger. While this outside discovery was integral for the war, your internal discerning abilities are no less important as you can inspect the enemy with your diversified system too. However, due the pathogens being able to backtrack neurons, you use a bait to make them stay away from you since if they do reach you, they might as well use you for their own war. In the end, you wouldn’t want the last thing you sense be your imminent demise knowing that your remains will be the cause of it.

MHC II Status: You are MHC II negative which stops you from communicating anonymously with others.

Ability

Sensorial Cross-Examination: Every Immune Phase, you can target 2 organisms other than yourself to acquire their genetic information while those 2 organisms acquire each other's genetic information. No identification will be revealed but if both of your targets are pathogens of the same alignment, your genetic information and identity will be revealed to them. You cannot target the same organisms twice.

Attributes

Savant Phantasm: As cells that are only trying to survive this war while also helping your allies, you are made to be completely incognito by never swarming your target yourself and by never being required to take Exposure Eradication actions.

Usurper’s Sensation: After you are eradicated (if it happens), the eradicator will acquire your ability as a trophy if they are a pathogen. If there are multiple pathogen eradicators, all of them will acquire the same ability.

Penumbra System:
B Cell Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for B Cell Colony of the Lymphoid Lineage.

As cells waiting to simply differentiate into their active correspondents known as plasma cells by engulfing an antigen and being activated to eliminate all traces of the said antigen, B cells have shown much potential especially through their importance on vaccination. Considering the advanced autonomy the cells were introduced to, some of them have actively ignored the signals to become plasma cells and eliminate the pathogen releasing these antigens. Instead these cells hunt down those antigens and create protective barriers made of immunomechanoglobulins specialized in protecting the predicted to be affected cells from the antigens and their creator, the pathogen itself. This strange balance of elimination and protection is even advanced enough to completely favor the elimination side if the situation goes dire. Thanks to these cells augmenting themselves so well, only the usual procedures will be followed for the evolution of them.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II positive which allows them to communicate anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are all uncovered organisms.

Abilities

Immune Barrier: During the Acute Phase, this colony can decide to make 2 targets Exposure Eradication immune for the next Immune Phase which also stops the targets from using their action during the said Acute and Immune Phases. The newly immune organisms will be revealed at the start of the Immune Phase and this colony will not be able to target the same organism twice. This is an obligate action.

Immune Potential: During any phase, this colony can permanently transform into a Plasma Cell Colony.

Attribute

Recovery Conditions: All threats against HUMANS are eradicated with at least one HUMANS member surviving the Cytokine Storm.
Doom Conditions: There are no surviving HUMANS members left after the Cytokine Storm or a threat for HUMANS still remains after the Cytokine Storm.
Chromophil Hybrid Colonies Spoiler:

This is the project log for Chromophil Hybrid Colonies of the Myeloid Lineage.

In this project, for whatever we are trying to achieve we must always think as many steps ahead as we can. Otherwise, we might have brought ruin amongst all humans and there are worse thing than death the living fear... Parasites for example; are specialized at debilitation, the suffering they cause is a slow and long path with various hallmarks. The most important of which is when the disease is severe enough to cause a disability, increasing the burden of this person on the society and more importantly, on themselves. This possibility should be nullified if we are to succeed and the defense against them must be highly sensitive to maintain no atopic responses. Thankfully with the creation of mechanoproteins, the new immunoglobulins are much more stable too. This is especially true for the new version of the IgE which can cooperate with their producers and even dominate the target they are attached to, exposing them with their own volition. Although, different types of cells of the immune system secrete these immunomechanoglobulins so there is the possibility of disagreement or worse, disengagement. Thankfully, the conclusion we had with the hybrid viral genome we experimented with shows that it will be even easier to combine two active genetic materials in one cell type and have them function synchronously. Furthermore, as this cell type is genetically a novel organism with completely unique and well-established set of genes, it also demonstrates the newly found ability to fend off any virus it interacts with.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are Parasites or Virions.

Abilities

Judgment by Capabilities: During the Acute Phase, this colony can target an organism for judgment. Using the system utilized by this colony, organisms can be divided into 4 categories according to their abilities: Killers, Stoppers, Channelers and Recognizers. This is an obligate action.

Immunoglobulin Overreaction: For once during the Immune Phase, this colony can decide to switch 2 organisms for eradication for the next Immune Phase by recruiting devastating amounts of IgEX. This action cannot be stopped by anything including the eradication of their targets.

Attribute

Immune Cooperation: If this colony interacts with certain Penumbra Colonies, they will be enhanced by them. This will give this colony the ability to eradicate pathogens they are specialized in if they also interact with them during that phase.

Common Lymphoid Progenitor Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Common Lymphoid Progenitor Colony of the Lymphoid Lineage.

While working on HUMANS, I always had in mind that their ability to retrodifferentiate would be in a synergy with the immune system itself. I was wrong and right at the same time. Lymphoid cells did not have this ability as they were extremely dependent on their progenitors to compensate for their missing members and they needed to interact with specific cells to make sure the adaptive immunity does not miss any new types of antigens that might appear within the organism. We were always aware of this grave yet extremely unlikely danger of common lymphoid progenitor cells becoming unviable but we were extremely lucky when the solution was provided to us from also an extremely unlikely source. When it was introduced, the core was and has been extremely reliant on lymphoid cells to make sure it stays in line. As an ever-changing being, it continuously provides the lymphoid progenitor cellls it produces with endless amounts of new antigen combinations. Through these combinations, the core also understands the host and the pathogens a lot more faster as well. Truly as one of the biggest hallmarks of Project HUMAN OPUS, the importance of these cells might even be close to HUMANS. Most notably, their role in the success of the Penumbra System and the protection of the core’s self-reliance is irreplaceable.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary target of this colony is Neoplasms.

Ability

Immune Legacy: During the Immune Phase, this colony can choose to borrow the genetic information of an eradicated Penumbra Colony for the next Acute Phase and use their abilities themselves. However, they can’t target the same organism twice or use this ability more than four times.

Attributes

Immune Reform: After borrowing the genetic information of three organisms, the first eradicated Lymphoid Colony Immune Legacy is used on will become this colony's new form.

Immune Suppression: After this colony is eradicated (if it happens), all the consecutive Acute Phase actions of the Lymphoid Colonies will be blocked.

Common Myeloid Progenitor Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Common Myeloid Progenitor Colony of the Myeloid Lineage.

While working on HUMANS, I always had in mind that their ability to retrodifferentiate would be in a synergy with the immune system itself. I was wrong and right at the same time. Myeloid cells do have the ability to retrodifferentiate in certain circumstances but to do this, they require a sample myeloid progenitor to portray themselves as. The myeloid cells are always in connection with each other during production and their autonomy makes sure that there are no missing allies. Even though they can retrodifferentiate into common myeloid progenitor cells, the absence or even worse, malformation of myeloid cells are possibilities that can lead to catastrophic consequences. To avoid such an event from occurring, we have altered the genetic data of the erythrocytes to control these progenitors. The basic erythrocyte indeed does show great potential as a genetic template due its abundance and primitiveness which is essential to at least ameliorate even the most irreparable mutations. In the end, those are only one of many types of cells that can retrodifferentiate into this lineage and others show much greater potential to work with.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary target of this colony is Neoplasms.

Ability

Immune Testament: During the Acute Phase, this colony can choose to have one eradicated Penumbra Colony join the consecutive Immune Phase. They can’t select an organism for Exposure, they can't use any actions including Exposure Eradication and MHC II and they can't be targeted in any manner including this ability thereafter. This ability can't be used more than four times.

Attributes

Immune Rebirth: After succesfully using Immune Testament on three Penumbra Colonies in total, using it on a Myeloid Colony will have them become permanently functional again until they are eradicated for the second time.

Immune Deficiency: After this colony is eradicated (if it happens), all the consecutive Exposure selections of Myeloid Colonies will be nullified.

Cytotoxic T Cell Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Cytotoxic T Cell Colony of the Lymphoid Lineage.

The specimen we are working with has self-explanatory abilities which considering what we are trying to do, does not really match our best interests. A cell that specializes in destroying infected cells does not have the best future if there is no need for it. In order to not be removed from the genetic network of any human being, this cell type requires an ability that will make sure the body constantly needs it. These cells work through MHC I, a molecule present on the surface of all nucleated cells, normally these molecules work to present the types of proteins synthesized within the cells as they are monitored by cytotoxic T cells but with the introduction of cell autonomy, a utility a lot more valuable was born. While inactive, these cells can adapt to the functions of the cells they interact with, essentially becoming incognito as they assist their comrades and when they are activated, they can even focus this ability to hunt down any unsuspecting pathogens. Although, this gives us lots of work to do too as we will focus on the ability of these cells to retrodifferentiate, their signal pathways and most importantly their autonomy. The possibilities these cells can create will teach us new ways of cellular self-preservation. Most importantly, it is not easy for a cell type to just work as another one perfectly fine without any risks of dysregulation, autoimmunity or even neoplasm which also increases our burden as scientists extremely. To avoid this, we are planning to keep the sample size for these cells quite small and simple.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are all pathogens.

Ability

Immune Imitation: During the Immune Phase, this colony can choose to mimic the primary ability of their target for the next Acute Phase but the colony will not know what the ability does. This ability will fail if the ability the colony tries to mimic requires more than one target or if the target has no abilities for the Acute Phase and the colony will be informed of this failure with the target's Specialization. This is an obligate action.

Attribute

Immune Costimulation: If this colony interacts with another specialized Penumbra Colony, they will enchance each other. This will give either of them the ability to eradicate certain pathogens they are specialized in if they also interact with them during that phase.

Dendritic Cell Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Dendritic Cell Colony of the Myeloid Lineage.

To know the enemy; it is essential to find it, to stop it, to kill it, to remember it. As the head of the immune system, dendritic cells are responsible of acquiring information regarding pathogens and presenting them to the other cells of the immune system so they can hunt these invaders down more easily. Without these cells, the immune system is directionless and doomed. Although, a fate even worse is the corruption of these cells since as the heads of the immune system, these cells also have the power to even order the suicide of their followers. Like HUMANS, these cells should be under close watch and protection, otherwise any infection shows the potential of immune compromise and considering how fast the immune system works currently, this critical condition might occur way too suddenly to treat. To avoid this, we have implemented decoy receptors that are a lot more attractive for intracellular pathogens. These decoys hidden in the dendrites of these cells will lead any invader to basically a grinder that will process all of the genetic data. While the autonomy granted by DNA Ex Machina seems to be promising for this feature, the unpredictability of this addition into the protective mechanisms against corruptive agents puts me in a dilemma. They will be beyond excellent at what they do… yet we never will get to completely understand how they function.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II positive which allows them to communicate anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary target of this colony is forcing eradication.

Abilities

Immune Dendrites: During the Acute Phase, this colony can use their dendrites to acquire samples of organisms that has swarmed their target, giving the colony their whole genetic information.

Immune Network: During any time of the Immune Phase, this colony can swarm an organism to form a protective network that can find out which organisms have targeted them for eradication.

Attribute

Immune Bounty: If this colony gives a pathogen’s genetic information to another Penumbra Colony, they will be able to eradicate them by simply targeting them regardless of Specialization.

Follicular Dendritic Cell Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Follicular Dendritic Cell Colony.

While working on the artificial development of B cells, an interesting cell type has shown itself to be quite unique in its assets to me. This antigen-presenting cell does not have the capability for phagocytosis but still manages to capture antigens through attachments which present them to B cells with their long dendrites. This capability has led me to think these cells can be utilized beyond B cell development and beyond antigen presentation for B cells. They can be repurposed to work like a neuron and attach onto other organisms directly, making both a signal and an action connection between them. By directly attaching to the pathogen and starting the elimination process immediately, these cells will almost completely cut on the time required to catch certain antigens for presentation. If I can focus these cells on places that are easily accessible to enemy microbes, the possible invasion will end before it even begins. The colonization of follicular dendritic cells must be completed together with B and plasma cells to achieve maximum synchronization and avoid any autoimmune responses.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary target of this colony is the same as the last receiver.

Ability

Immune Window: During the Immune Phase, this colony must choose an organism as Receiver and another as Transmitter for the Acute Phase regardless of Communication Field. Throughout the following Acute Phase, this colony can message the Transmitter and the Transmitter can message the Receiver. The Transmitter will acquire this colony's genetic information and will be forced to target either the Follicular Dendritic Cell Colony or the Receiver while the Receiver can target any organism of their choice. However, any organism that targets the Receiver other than the Transmitter will be stopped. This colony can’t give the same position to the same organism twice and they can’t give themselves any of these positions. This is an obligate action.

Attribute

Immune Synergy: If this colony successfully manages to give either a B Cell Colony or a Plasma Cell Colony a role, they will automatically eradicate any pathogen they are paired with.

Macrophage Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Macrophage Colony of the Myeloid Lineage.

While there are many versions of these cells that can be found under physiological conditions, their planned adjustments are enough to cover books for each of them but not more than a sentence for their collective effort within the immune system: All macrophages except the ones separated from blood by a barrier impenetrable for other cells, shall form a network of information that watches over actions of other organisms. No simple task indeed as this is where the actual macrophages come in, the ones that only show up during inflammation. Since with the introduction of the DNA Ex Machina, inflammation is replaced by autonomy through much more complex signal pathways and with this change, we successfully augmented these cells very much the same. Normally, these cells can be killers, fixers but now they all are also somewhat like… sonars. As of now these cells are dispersed within the body generously; they are mostly static; using only long, slender processes called pseudopodia to extend within a huge radius to govern their own territory. Including their ability to repair or eradicate, these pseudopodia can also function as mechanical decoys that attract and activate their target; forcing this target to act on them which ends up with these pseudopodia sensing the basics of the first action of their target. Followed by their immediate retreat towards their owner while a specific response is given, one that could be called "a taste of their own medicine".

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II positive which allows them to communicate anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are either Parasites or Intracellular Bacteria and Virions.

Ability

Bane of Development: During the Acute Phase, this colony can target an organism for punishment through judgment. Using the system utilized by this colony, organisms can be penalized in 4 manners according to the abilities of the target: Stopping all actions for both phases, Self-Selection and null Exposure Eradication, Uncovering all genetic information and Eradication with immediate feedback. This is an obligate action.

Attribute

Immune Cooperation: If this colony interacts with certain Penumbra Colonies, they will be enhanced by them. This will give this colony the ability to eradicate pathogens they are specialized in if they also interact with them during that phase.

Microglia Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Microglia Colony of the Myeloid Lineage.

A microbe needs to go through many strong defense mechanisms to reach the central nervous system but the same goes for the cells of the immune system as well. Microglia is the last line of defense when a pathogen crosses the blood-brain barrier. As these cells are forced to work alone without the help of most antibodies or cells, they manage to cover this downside by being extremely sensitive scavengers and through their plasticity that lets them change their structures according to whatever the system requires. These scavengers are also highly specialized in capturing and presenting antigens through the data they gather from the remains of dead cells. Evidently, the self-sufficiency of these cells has been shown over and over again but one thing… one thing these cells are required to do has forced me to take a measure to make sure there is always a backup for them since this cell type defends maybe the most important part of the body and when they are eliminated only doom would follow.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II positive which allows them to communicate anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are all pathogens.

Ability

Immune Déjà Vu: During the Acute Phase, this colony can target any eradicated organism to acquire all the genetic information regarding that organism from the last Acute and Immune Phases. This is an obligate action.

Attribute

Immune Bloodlust: If this colony gathers the genetic information of a certain pathogen, they acquire the ability to eradicate said pathogen by targeting them during the Acute Phase with Immune Déjà Vu instead of an eradicated organism.

Monocyte Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Monocyte Colony of the Myeloid Lineage.

As a progeny with endless potentials, monocytes indeed are one of the most important cells in the Myeloid Lineage. As every action and decision of theirs determine their future, the implementation of DNA Ex Machina has not only improved their ability to search, seize and monitor certain organisms but also added decision making into their transformation mechanisms through elaborate evaluation of the current situation caused by the aggressive pathogen. They can choose to handle the situation themselves by becoming macrophages, they can choose to sacrifice their ability to fight so they can gain more information to help the battle of other cells as dendritic cells or they can choose an interesting route by becoming a specialized macrophage that can use the remains of the past to remove the present pathogen. Of course, there are many more choices but these 3 show especially remarkable abilities and attributes when the time of war comes. Although, since this is a spectacular cell type, I cannot stop myself from searching a way to improve their ability to acquire antigens from the fragments of microbes and its innate ability to identify pathogens might be the answer. This ability can be used as an eavesdrop mechanism by using the antigen as a decoy to see through the signals the target is sending. Doesn’t seem like much but I guess it is better than nothing for a cell that is either bound to differentiate or fight the pathogens they are specialized against.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are Extracellular Bacteria and Fungi.

Abilities

Immune Compatibility: During the Acute Phase, this colony can probe MHC II positive organisms for the consecutive Immune Phase, secretly acquiring all the MHC II messages they send instead of their target. If the target is MHC II negative, a false judgment will be revealed on the Communication Field. This is an obligate action.

Immune Evolution: During any phase, this colony can differentiate into either a Macrophage Colony, a Microglia Colony or a Dendritic Cell Colony.

Attribute

Immune Cooperation: If this colony interacts with certain Penumbra Colonies, they will be enhanced by them. This will give this colony the ability to eradicate pathogens they are specialized in if they also interact with them during that phase.

Natural Killer Cell Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Natural Killer Cell Colony of the Lymphoid Lineage.

The immune system differentiates the self from non-self by looking at the abnormal antigens and then the cells of it eradicate the producer of them. Well, as always… there is an exception. The natural killer cells distinguish non-self from self by basically looking at the amount of a surface molecule called MHC I and while normal cells express this complex at a satisfactory rate, neoplasm and infected cells are usually in too much of a catabolic state to synthesize them, ultimately leading to their destruction through the induction of apoptosis by the natural killer cell. While these cells are unique in this aspect, they are all also required to be extremely dynamic due to their short circulating half-life and require immediate replacement for the quick losses. After the latest adjustments, any loss of these cells can be immediately replaced by the core for self-protection and the implementation of DNA Ex Machina has also essentially transferred them into a self-renewing memory form like it did for other lymphocytes. However, the idea of memory cells might be a problem when the cells are exhausted due to genetic leak which can lead to immediate pathogen adaptation. No matter how frightening this possibility sounds, their autonomous behavior has shown to take… extreme approaches to avoid this issue.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II positive which allows them to communicate anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary target of this colony is any pathogen that has ever selected them.

Ability

Immune Massacre: During the Acute Phase, this colony can go active and eradicate any pathogen that interacts with them.

Attributes

Immune Extermination: If this colony is selected for Exposure Eradication, everything that has targeted them for Exposure Eradication will be eradicated with them.

Immune Half-Life: After using the Immune Massacre for two times, this colony will be exhausted and become unable to use this ability. This will also let the cells die and the genetic information spread, ending up with every pathogen uncovering this genetic information.

Neutrophil Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Neutrophil Colony of the Myeloid Lineage.

As the most abundant immune cells in the human body, these short-lived protectors are expected to be the first to arrive to the site of injury as the hallmark of acute inflammation. These first-line defenders of the innate immunity are the most tedious cell type to deal with if we are still planning on following through our main goals. There were 3 properties of these cells we simply could not allow to pass on: Their short circulatory half-life, the inflammation they cause and their propensity of becoming the prey as a hunter. The first two is essentially fixed by the addition of DNA Ex Machina but the last one now shows even greater risk as it is possible that the implementation of this system can cause neutrophils to become inefficient or even worse, hosts for pathogens if they cannot destroy the pathogen they have engulfed by themselves. Current solution seems to be adding more dynamic mechanisms into the functions of these cells by forcing them in between exocytosis of mechanocytokines that cleanse the tissue and endocytosis of suspicious materials for their elimination. Of course, autonomy is yet again the key to the success of this project…

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are Extracellular Bacteria and Fungi.

Abilities

Immune Obstacle: During the Acute Phase, this colony can target an organism for cleansing and if the target is a non-killer pathogen, they will be unable to follow their action. The colony can’t use this ability consecutively.

Immune Barricade: During the Acute Phase, this colony can target an organism for elimination and they will be unable to follow their action. The colony can’t use this ability consecutively.

Attribute

Immune Cooperation: If this colony interacts with certain Penumbra Colonies, they will be enhanced by them. This will give this colony the ability to eradicate pathogens they are specialized in if they also interact with them during that phase.

Plasma Cell Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Plasma Cell Colony of the Lymphoid Lineage.

One of the main mediators of humoral immune response is the plasma cell with its ability to secrete antibodies that bond to specific antigens ending up with the destruction of the holder of the antigen. While this action is definitely powerful by itself, with the creation of mechanoantibodies and the advancements in the cell autonomy, these cells are most definitely far from their finest potential: The ability to turn elimination into information. By using the attached mechanoantibodies, it is possible to generate signal pathways that interject with the actions of other organisms and even intercept the actions of the target itself. It is not planned to give these cells an off switch for their mechanoantibodies as even if an autoimmune response were to occur, it would be repaired and repressed immediately so complicating the action process of the cells were deemed unnecessary but the usual procedures will be followed for the evolution of these cells.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are all pathogens.

Abilities

Complement Fixation: During the Acute Phase, this colony can target an organism to permanently mark for inevitable eradication also known as opsonization. After a successful action, the colony won’t be able to use this ability until their target is eradicated while the opsonized organism will not be able to use their Exposure Eradication actions.

Opsonin Stigma: After using Complement Fixation successfully, this colony can use this ability on themselves during the Acute Phase to eradicate their target.

Attributes

Anaphylatoxin Trail: After a successful Complement Fixation, the colony will know the identity of the organisms that swarm their target every Acute Phase.

Immune Apparition: As they are able to use immunomechanoglobulins to follow their bidding, these cells will never swarm their target.

T Helper FN Cell Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for T Helper FN Colony of the Lymphoid Lineage.

As we are researching to strengthen the barriers against the pathogen threat, I would like to make sure all of you see the same picture as I do since I have been somehow misunderstood multiple times during this specific part of the project. The barriers we are currently looking for shouldn’t come to mind as impenetrable walls, no. Think of them as strangely elaborate and autonomous “Fences” that is suitable to keep the equilibrium by not forming a shell but with a relentless yet loose vacuum. Therefore, I would like to talk about the reason behind this meeting. As you all are well aware, we are currently working on Th17 cells specialized in fighting against Fungi and Extracellular Bacteria by not letting them invade in the first place whether it be through antimicrobials or fastened clearance and they do indeed show a promising future with these traits. Reports suggest that with the addition of DNA Ex Machina, the IL-17 cytokine family took a drastic change as well. Briefly, the report explains when these mechanocytokines reach their destination, they can transfer the signal of physiological function from the normal tissue to other cells of the tissue to orient each other and dominate the abnormal or infected cells in a way. A remarkable utility that we can use during this project indeed. However, when they reach the pathogens, these molecules are assimilated at the cost of the insulting agent's confusion. I am sure we can all see that while this exchange also notifies the normal cells to gather information or even attack the invader, it can also force these foreign organisms to leave the place they infested much like a vacuum. And this vacuum attracts the defensive mechanisms to finally fix the leak on the fence that is the blood-brain barrier. Our current purpose is to make a fence that does not leak but flow with the vacuum, making sure it doesn't get intercepted by anything in any way.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are Extracellular Bacteria and Fungi.

Immune Mismatch: During the Immune Phase, this colony can switch the active abilities of two organisms discretely for the consecutive Acute Phase but cannot target the same organisms the next Immune Phase. The organisms will be informed of this change with their newfound abilities. The cells of this colony can’t target themselves in any manner. This is an obligate action.

Immune Displacement: For once during the Acute Phase, this colony can switch two organisms on different Communication Fields. All actions targeting these two organisms and the actions of those two organisms will fail and their transposition will be revealed in both Communication Fields.

Attribute

Immune Boost: If this colony interacts with certain Penumbra Colonies, they will enhance them. This will give the enhanced colonies the ability to eradicate pathogens they are specialized in if they also interact with them during that phase.

T Helper IT Cell Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for T Helper IT Cell Colony of the Lymphoid Lineage.

As the biggest line of defense against Virions and Intracellular Bacteria, the Th1 cell type has shown its importance through centuries with their ability to initiate the destruction of these intracellular pathogens. Their mechanism of action is secreting immunomodulatory interferons to not just stop the replication process of Virions but also to force the harboring immune cells to initiate the destruction of these pathogens. With the introduction of DNA Ex Machina, these immunomodulators also went through a drastic change which made sure they are generalized enough to force all of their targets to follow their action, yet specialized enough to involve themselves in the target’s signal pathways so much so that they even can impose the orders of their own creator on them. Considering this, we have decided to make a minor change to this immunomodulation mechanism. Since all cells now can memorize their actions and their consequences very well, we have decided to avoid any vicious cycle that either leads to the Th1 cells getting involved in this mechanism or the same organisms being targeted for the same action over and over again. Our main course of action will be making these Th1 cells immune to these triggers while also making sure other cells are immune to triggers that are coded exactly the same way.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are Intracellular Bacteria and Virions.

Abilities

Immune Clocking: During the Immune Phase, this colony can target an organism to not just force them into using their Exposure Eradication action in 12 hours but also to learn when they used any other ability during the Immune Phase sharp. If the target manages to send an Exposure Eradication action in time, this will be revealed in the Communicatin Field. The target will be informed of this and this ability won't work on host cells again.

Immune Prompting: During the Acute Phase, this colony can force an organism to target another organism but the colony can't target the same organisms in the same fashion twice. The cells of this colony can’t target themselves in any manner. This is an obligate action.

Attribute

Immune Boost: If this colony interacts with certain Penumbra Colonies, they will enhance them. This will give the enhanced colonies the ability to eradicate pathogens they are specialized in if they also interact with them during that phase.

Thex Cell Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Thex Cell Colony of the Lymphoid Lineage.

Specialized in the initiation of the fights against helminths and other parasites, Th2 cells have a key role in the allergic response and more often than not, these cells also have an important role in allergies and asthma itself. Due to the possibility of this danger becoming even worse of a problem after the cells gain autonomy, it is integral to make sure these cells are in control while ensuring they are sensitive against the possible pathogen invasion. The data I have acquired through the artificially created Neisseria species shows that it is indeed possible to bond two different organisms and create new genetically stable cell types. Through these results, it has been decided that these extremely aggressive Th2 cells should be matched with Treg cells to create an antinomy that keeps both of their autonomy in check. However, the alterations I wish to utilize will be somewhat different. After all these are cells, not Bacteria so genetical changes won't be as easy. Albeit, I am not working with normal DNA either which also might suffer from a major flaw. DNA Ex Machina is slightly affected by magnetic fields it seems and I suspect this can lead to catastrophic results. So we are currently working on a way to make these cells utilize magnetic fields themselves while also working under the same hivemind and the results are beyond promising. These cells can indeed create magnetic fields themselves to nullify the outside magnetic field, truly yet another magnificent step for project HUMAN OPUS. All we need to do is to separate these cells with a barrier that can nullify the magnetic polarities they create while also not leading to drastic changes when it is removed. These two cells are hopefully the only ones I will be forced to experiment this upon as I fear multiple combinations of different cell types will only confuse the immune system and lead up to neoplasms and even autoimmune response towards the immune system itself.

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are Parasites and nullification of Exposure Eradication.

Ability

Immune Harbinger: During the Acute Phase, this colony can choose a target to stress. This will make any Penumbra Colony that targets them, eradicate them. This ability can’t be used consecutively.

Attribute

Immune Boost: If this colony interacts with certain Penumbra Colonies, they will enhance them. This will give the enhanced colonies the ability to eradicate pathogens they are specialized in if they also interact with them during that phase.

Unparalleled Magnetism: As long as the barrier exists, this colony must be designated to live on one Communication Field and utilize their ability there. The hivemind can send messages, select and utilize Exposure Eradication on both Communication Fields as long as the colony on that side of the barrier persists. The hivemind can only be completely eradicated when both the Thex Cell Colony and the Treg Cell Colony which must be on different sides of the barrier are eradicated or after the barrier is removed.

Treg Cell Colony Spoiler:

This is the project log for Treg Cell Colony of the Lymphoid Lineage.

Like all systems, the immune system itself has a down regulator but interestingly enough, these cells are also a member of the T lymphocytes. These self-reactive cells act on other T cells to inhibit them, keeping those cells in line and avoiding any autoimmune reactions that might lead to the destruction of vital tissue. Involved in the protection of floral bacteria through immunosuppression, these cells gaining autonomy and suspicions regarding the creation of a new artificial flora lead to questions pertsining the possibility of overexpression. Since these cells are self-reactive, I have been thinking of combining these cells with the cells that are known to be quite aggressive to create a balanced duality, Th2 cells. Another reason why I choose these two cell types is that Parasites which are the main target of Th2 cells, can in fact modulate Treg cells to protect themselves. Using the ability these cells fuction to stop the Th2 cells from promoting the killing actions against these Parasites, they can survive and reproduce for years. This is extremely worrisome considering how debilitating and morbid these organisms can be so the best course of action seems to be an amalgamation that can protect and even suppress vital host cells while also removing and again, suppressing those that are not. I do not enjoy the thought but I will be forced to work with Bacteria again even though the last time ended up with contamination no matter the success of the experiment... I do not know! This should have been impossible! The possibility of the very same thing happening again is very high but I am not planning to be deterred by that. It is not like the tests can end up with demise!

MHC II Status: This colony is MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are Parasites and nullification of Exposure Eradication.

Ability

Immune Arranger: During the Acute Phase, this colony can choose a target to regulate. This will protect the target from any eradicative action. This ability can’t be used consecutively.

Attribute

Immune Boost: If this colony interacts with certain Penumbra Colonies, they will enhance them. This will give the enhanced colonies the ability to eradicate pathogens they are specialized in if they also interact with them during that phase.

Virions:
Bacteriophage Ex Machina Spoiler:

This is the Bacteriophage Ex Machina.

Definitions are made to set standards, to make understanding and categorizing entities easier but with new definitions, comes new exceptions. When life was given a meaning, occurrence of a being that did not quite fit into the description was inevitable and in a twist of irony, an obligate pathogen which can only procreate using a being that is defined as living came into existence undermining both living and the living. When this germ reaches its target, it disintegrates to incorporate into it, reassessing the host’s coding network only to make it reassemble more of what was there at the start, inevitably destroying the host in a bursting action called lysis to release many more copies of the pathogen but this… is the shortest version of the story about the most indifferent pathogen in the entire universe.

Even though it sounds like a redundant question, it is still not known whether the host or the parasite came first. The history of the first parasite in the universe is a complete mystery not because it is too old but because it is too conflicting. Virions are the simplest of all the microorganism yet they are also the most susceptible to change whether it be random or artificial, making them extremely complex at the very same time. The first of the viruses, the bacteriophage, especially drew the attention of the scientists due to its ability to target Bacteria to procreate. As one of the rare hunters of the infamous kingdom, bacteriophages were to be one of the great assets within Project HUMAN OPUS or so it was thought. Introduction of an alien microbe into the augmented organism without rejection, was a hard task and it was not even known if this symbiosis could last forever… until now that is. The dire situation indeed made the Penumbra System go haywire and bacteriophages are no different than any other dangers they are facing, yet the task and abilities of these colonies did not change. They just became a death sentence for the… nonliving.

MHC II Status: Virions are MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary target of this virus is Bacteria.

Abilities

Lysogenic Trigger: This virus can infect any Bacterial Renegade during an Acute Phase and if a successful infection occurs, the Bacterial Renegade and the virus will be informed of this. Any Bacterial Renegade the infected Bacterial Renegade interacts with through MHC II will also be infected but the newly infected Bacteria won’t know of this. This ability can't be used ever again after a successful infection and this is an obligate action.

Lytic Launch: During any phase, this virus can initiate this ability to eradicate all infected Bacteria but this will also end up with the virus being automatically and completely Exposed.

Attributes

Code over Complex: Using their genetic code to create mechanoproteins, Virions can communicate with each other secretly and whenever they wish without being subjected to the dangers of MHC II.

Integrated Backup: After infecting a Bacterial Renegade, this virus can only be eradicated through the eradication of every infected Bacterial Renegade.

Assimilation Conditions: The HUMANS and the Bacteria are eradicated.
Decimation Condition: All Virions are eradicated.
Human Ex Mechanodisability Virus Spoiler:

This is the Human Ex Mechanodisability Virus.

But sometimes irony too can be taken too far under the influence of a virus. A virus specifically designed to add betrayal into irony to confuse the Penumbra System, to make them destroy each other… a virus that can do nothing when the higher order that is HUMANS maintains Penumbra Colonies under its utilization of the mechanoproteins in the first place. Which is why Human Ex Mechanodisability Virus isn’t exactly a virus but more of a virusoid; it is not just dependent on the host but also a coinfector as well since it uses the mechanoproteins established both by the helper virus and the host to create corrupt and catastrophic rogue mechanoproteins. They can be used to hijack certain type of colonies to take control and even sometimes cause the colony seem like an enemy for other cells, sealing the imminent eradication of any cell that is a part of the colony. Even though, the history of such a destructive satellite virus is completely obscure, it wouldn’t be wrong to assume it shares the same past with another relentless virus known to cause... rabies encephalitis.

MHC II Status: Virions are MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary target of this virusoid is Lymphoid Colonies.

Ability

Retroviral Dominance: During the Acute Phase, by integrating into the genome of a Penumbra Colony, this virusoid can take control of said Penumbra Colony to make it target another organism. This is an obligate action.

Attributes

Code over Complex: Using their genetic code to create mechanoproteins, Virions can communicate with each other secretly and whenever they wish without being subjected to the dangers of MHC II.

Forced Autoimmunity: If this virusoid chooses to make a Lymphoid Colony target a Myeloid Colony, the Myeloid Colony will also target the Lymphoid Colony and eradicate them.

Assimilation Conditions: The HUMANS and the Bacteria are eradicated.
Decimation Condition: All Virions are eradicated.
Pox Ex Machina Virus Spoiler:

This is the Pox Ex Machina Virus.

Surely, that is how it used to work for poxvirus too. But now is just a mystery considering the virus hasn’t infected anyone for so long since it was announced to be “eradicated”… indeed a questionable word of choice for “sealed away”. Some apparently thought that it would be a huge waste for such a deadly and infective virus to be completely removed from existence so instead, poxvirus was forgotten. Humanity left it in its capsule just as they left the laboratories many similar bioweapons were made. Contamination was no longer important for them anyway so poxvirus was set free to its apparently insignificant fate and so it spread, thriving like it has never before and with a new target nonetheless. Fittingly, the only thing sealed away was humanity’s fate and this fate… will learn the true meaning of eradication. In the end, weapons are made for war yet weapons and their creators are not always on the same side.

MHC II Status: Virions are MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this virus are Lymphoid Colonies and Myeloid Colonies.

Abilities

Inclusion Bodies: During the Acute Phase, this virus can target an organism to infect and intercept with their cytoplasmic operations, uncovering the target’s exact abilities. This is an obligate action.

Bloodborne Mortality: Can only be acquired after the activation of Catastrophic Reactivation. Every Acute Phase, this virus can stres any HUMANS member they swarm to make anything that targets them eradicate them.

Secondary Viremia: For once during every Immune Phase, this virus can change the owner of any message they have sent.

Attributes

Code over Complex: Using their genetic code to create mechanoproteins, Virions can communicate with each other secretly and whenever they wish without being subjected to the dangers of MHC II.

Catastrophic Reactivation: If this virus is brought to the verge of eradication due to misuse of action, they will survive for only once and become even more powerful, giving them the ability to stress any HUMANS member they use their ability on so anything that targets them will eradicate them.

Assimilation Conditions: The HUMANS and the Bacteria are eradicated.
Decimation Condition: All Virions are eradicated.
Rabies Ex Machina Virus Spoiler:

This is the Rabies Ex Machina Virus.

Definitions are made to set standards, to make understanding and categorizing entities easier but with new definitions, comes new exceptions. After the introduction of the virus into the cell, that cell is beyond help if the viral genome isn’t stopped. Similar statement used to be made about the Rabies virus: once it reaches the central nervous system of the organism, that person is beyond help. The incubation period is long, giving a chance for the vaccine treatment but after central nervous system symptoms develop, the disease will progress rapidly ending up with coma and death. One of the biggest hallmarks of the disease, synergizing with its ability to modify the behavior of the host, is hydrophobia: A serious end-stage sign that disables the host from swallowing by causing excruciating pain while doing so, preserving the saliva and making it easy to spread the virus. However, this virus was thought to be exterminated long before the conception of Project HUMAN OPUS through an aggressive genetic vaccination program on carrier animals and their offspring. Sadly for humanity, evolution is an everlasting process that always comes up with a better version. And this unique project was definitely too valuable to leave behind.

MHC II Status: Virions are MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this virus are HUMANS members and Bacteria.

Ability

Negri Damage: Every Acute Phase, this virus can eradicate any HUMANS member they target. This is an obligate action.

Attributes

Code over Complex: Using their genetic code to create mechanoproteins, Virions can communicate with each other secretly and whenever they wish without being subjected to the dangers of MHC II.

Equally Immortal: This organism can’t be eradicated through the simple actions of other organisms and they can’t be exposed during the Immune Phase.

Assimilation Conditions: The HUMANS and the Bacteria are eradicated.
Decimation Condition: All Virions are eradicated.
Rubeollaris Ex Machina Virus Spoiler:

This is the Rubeollaris Ex Machina Virus.

Definitions are made to set standards, to make understanding and categorizing entities easier but with new definitions, comes new exceptions. However rarely, Virions are known for having more goals than survival and reproduction, especially the mutilated weapon that mercilessly caused the genocide of numerous species within this habitat through many evolutionary cycles. A highly infective virus that doesn’t affect their target at all but run all safety measures to make sure their lineage does not see the next step. They easily spread to the fetus, slowing growth process and causing them to either simply not survive the journey or live with serious debilitations… but not for long as if the infection persists, there is the grim possibility of respiratory complications and finally, an end rarely seen as not many has survived to suffer: subacute sclerosing panencephalitis. The ability to take over Myeloid Colonies through their own receptors not only does not allow them to avoid the immune system while multiplying, it also allows them to work as puppet masters, making their host cells basically force their targets to commit suicide and so does the body follow. Alone, Penumbra Colonies could easily eradicate them but sadly for humanity, that is never the case…

MHC II Status: Virions are MHC II negative which stops them from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary target of this virus is Myeloid Colonies.

Ability

Pattern Rewritten: This virus can infect any Myeloid Colony to mess up with its pattern recognition receptors, making them kill any Penumbra Colonies they target. This is an obligate action.

Attributes

Code over Complex: Using their genetic code to create mechanoproteins, Virions can communicate with each other secretly and whenever they wish without being subjected to the dangers of MHC II.

Histocompatibility Simplex: After using Pattern Rewritten on an organism, this virus will know if their target was MHC II positive or not, giving them the ability to communicate with others secretly in their target’s stead. However, the virus will not acquire the messages sent to their target.

Assimilation Conditions: The HUMANS and the Bacteria are eradicated.
Decimation Condition: All Virions are eradicated.

Some might think the line between medicine and poison is drawn by dosage but I know a story with a better answer. The morbid creation of a significant branch of blood thinners, has indeed saved many lives in more than one way at the cost of ending many more. The idea of choosing between bleeding to death or the fear of decaying alive must be horrifying, however… I always enjoyed the thought. This historical anticoagulant, surprisingly wasn’t created in a lucky coincidence like penicillin as this time the mold chose something different than a petri dish. It all started with mere cattle dying from an obscure hemorrhagic illness due to them being fed with moldy hay. They called the outbreak “Sweet clover disease” and swiftly dealt with it by simply avoiding the moldy hay but of course, people dug deeper and 10 years later… they isolated the causative agent. Many derivatives of this drug was created but the most effective was found to be warfarin, a rodenticide like no other… The choice was not so horrifying when the ones who would bleed to death were not sentient in the first place. After all, humanity remembers how vomiting blood during black death felt like and I... ą̵̛̩̖̙̙͚̩̟̖̙̫̘̗͍́̀̽̍̍͂͒͂̕ļ̷̯̠̹͂̓̿̀̉̚ͅw̸̤͓̭̭̙̹̥͋ą̷̛̯͔̹͉͚̲͉̀̂̐̈́̍̏̊̈́͋̇̽̋̀ÿ̴̡̨͈̲̳͚̦̤͇͉̙̭͜͜s̷̬͇̝̩̆̕ ̴̗͓̺̲̳̜̜̫̑͌̽̍̆͌̍ẻ̸̡̛̛͖͎̞͇͔̻̲͉͔̎͑̏̏͜͜͝n̶̢̡̡̡͉̹̥̲͎̒̾̂̒̀̽̋͋̀̒͜͝͠͠j̴̫͎̻̱̥͇̩͈̞̲̞͂͝o̶̧̡͈̙̖͈̦̣͋̏̉̏̒̒̊̏͊̕͜͝ͅȳ̸̨̰̰͖̱͓̻͈̻̘̼̻̗̦̈́̾͂́̒̽͜͠͠e̴̡̧͍͍̮͚̫͙̥̣͓̊̈́̽̍̐̇̽̎̒͗̊͋͘͘͠d̴̢̡̦̹̥͕̗̜̻̗͉͔̐̔̈́̒͌͋ ̸̢̟̺̹͑t̷̨̳̪̜̜̟͙̤̟̭̲̩́́̉̌̾͘ḣ̵̪̐̀̔̐̈́̎̂͑͆͆̇͆̇͘ȩ̶͕̗̺̮̲̭͓͕̝̣̩̺̑̔̄͐͐̅̿̔̈́͗̀́̈́ ̶̤̟͚̼͗̾͂̓̆̓̒͒͘͝t̵̡̨̠͈͍̪͉̲̠͑̂̏̌̈́͑́̀̾͘͝͠͠ͅh̵̩͔̼̠͖͇̙͐̏̄̒̀̊̈́́͒͗́̎̔o̶͖̫͇̩̭̱̩͐̽̆̊͒̈́̇̊̕͘ú̵̖̯͚̘̺ǵ̸̨̢̨̙̖͈̥͍̩͖̃̍̂͠h̵̙̖̯͈̝̯͖̆͑͗̈͋̐͋̀̐͘̚t̴̟̠̘̳̪̹̣̲̭͕͓̟̙̅͛͊͘ͅ.̵͖̱̱̻̹͓̬̟͍̤̭̉͂

Vectoral Seclusion: During any phase of the war, I can escape through a vector and hide for 3 turns for once, making it seem like I was eradicated with no information available. My return will be revealed.

Attributes

Transformation through Conjugation: If I target another Bacterial Renegade whether it be through MHC II or an ability, I will acquire their attributes. This will also let us communicate with each other secretly and whenever we wish. I can only do this twice.

Insidious Colonization: I am able to select a secondary Exposure secretly and change my Exposure Eradication target but my current selection on the Communication Field will have priority over my secret selection if I do not make it so otherwise.

Fungi:
Cryptococcus gatti Spoiler:

My research on the Fungoid Focus known as Cryptococcus gattii is complete, yet I have an ominous feeling I don’t know its true potential.

This moon is riddled with extremophile pathogens. I have found another rare yeast that infects its target through inhalation and I believe I have finally figured out how they manage to avoid the filters. All the Fungi in this moon are able to imitate their target’s vital cells and when the filters use the same procedures for them as they would for any host cell, they easily go through. The capsule is extremely useful against the filters and in this peculiar case, maybe even against all host cells themselves as it is able to encapsulate other organisms and carry them under its shield. Unfortunately, that also means all filters are of no use if I do not use them as an impenetrable wall which is a pain. I am out of options as it is impossible for me to return for treatment and returning to the vehicle to breathe again will only worsen the situation. I fear I might be forced to readjust the filters but to be honest, I don’t see the point. Thankfully, these invaders cannot withstand a system beyond immunocompetent and I hope this is the same for my target… I really hope I can last long enough to ensure that...

Anyway, while working on this subject, I have learned out it also targets the cerebrum, in this case causing a serious complication known as cryptococcal meningoencephalitis. Due to this, I am heavily suspicious that not just my target is capable of potentiating neuronal fires but everything I have encountered here is and if their capabilities are any close to what Sage was suggesting, I think I might be forced to contact my last resort… Ahhhhh, let’s move on. A powerful virulence factor it utilizes is neutralizing important catecholamines by turning them into resources for melanin production. Using this ability in a binge can grant great protection against both immunity and detection. I do not know if this will work on me as well but if it does, there will be a rebound effect which will also stop this from happening again. After that, it should be eliminated pretty quickly as it will lose two of its greatest assets. Just an unimportant nuisance, really but I do not wish to imagine what ill luck it has brought me.

MHC II Status: I know it is MHC II positive which allows it to communicate anonymously with others.
Specialization: I know its primary target is negative Exposure selection.

Abilities

Yeast Encapsulation: During the Acute Phase, I know it can choose 3 organisms to protect from being Exposure Eradicated. The organisms will be revealed at the start of the next Immune Phase and I am sure it will not be able to choose the same organisms again.

Catecholamine Wasting: During an Immune Phase, I know it can decide to negate all Exposure Eradication actions of all organisms and skip the phase after all actions are sent in without any organism being exposed. Thankfully, I am sure it can use this ability for once only but other organisms won’t be informed of this.

Attributes

Adrenaline Burst: After using Catecholamine Wasting, I am sure the 3 most selected organisms with at least 1 selection on them will be exposed the very next Immune Phase. However, its such a shame only it will be aware of this.

MHC II Sacrifice: After using Catecholamine Wasting, I am sure it will lose its MHC II positivity, ergo the ability to communicate anonymously with others.

Opportune Moment: You can target and affect organisms on the other side of the barrier.

Succession Condition: A HUMANS member is Exposure Eradicated.
Expulsion Condition: Cryptococcus gattii is eradicated.
Rhizopus oryzae var. obliterans Spoiler:

Fungoid Focus detected. Warning: Deteriorated scientific significance of data. Do you wish to refer the species as Rhizopus oryzae var. obliterans? Confirmed, annexing acquired data...

This is a newly formed variation of an opportunistic fungus which can cause the disastrous disease known as rhinocerebral mucormycosis by spreading into the sinuses, the cerebrum and the orbit. Even with the high morbidity and mortality rates of this disease, the cases were extremely rare as the name “opportunistic fungus” suggests and the disease since has been removed from all medical textbooks with all known opportunistic diseases alongside the term "Immunocomprimised Patient" millennia ago during the Sapience Revolution, a chaotic epoch of human history in which many different cells started to develop basic autonomy and logic spontaneously.

The pathology was caused by the pathogen invading the blood vessels and causing thrombi due to basically something other than blood filling the vascular space: simple yet devastating with the possibility of sudden death but more importantly… unintended and a dead giveaway of its location. Therefore, its incidence and prevalence dropped to zero quickly.

MHC II Status: This variation is MHC II positive which allows it to communicate anonymously with others.
Specialization: This variation’s primary target is forcing an organism to select themselves for Exposure.

Ability

Sporangiospore Germination: During the Acute Phase, this variation can send a sporangiospore decoy to an organism to deceive anything that swarms this variation’s target and acquire the genetic information of all the organisms that have selected the target for Exposure during the next Immune Phase. This variation won’t uncover the same genetic information through this method again and same organisms won’t be tricked twice.

Attributes

Mycotic Invulnerability: After uncovering the genetic information of a host cell, this variation won’t be eradicated by the simple actions of them.

Opportune Moment: This variation can target and affect organisms on the other side of the barrier.

Succession Condition: All the genetic information of all host cells is uncovered before the Cytokine Storm.
Expulsion Condition: Rhizopus oryzae var. obliterans is eradicated.
Ophiocordyceps sapiensis Spoiler:

Incoming message from… Doctor D. Sage Mors on the topic of… “The Fungoid Focus you were asking for: Ophiocordyceps sapiensis”.

Hello. How is the research going? I have found a newly evolved species that is similar to the one you mentioned earlier. I do not how deep you have dug through to learn of something so ancient but it indeed still does exist. I do not have any info on its current form of spread but if it is any close to what you mentioned, then I prefer to stay ignorant on this matter which is why I cannot allow the creation of any replicas of this creature on any lab. Let’s go from what you found out. Fungi are easy to eradicate, yes. But if it is airborne and able to take over a lifeform’s mind, it is considered a “Type 3-Ω Searchless” regardless of origin according to the regulations we have created together and you were the one who mentioned something like this during the meeting as well.

Besides, the moon I found this thing on is too far from any form of civilization, let alone a research center. It is impossible to send anything to that place and expect it to somehow return. It doesn't pose a threat to us but I will make sure to have that wretched place and even the constellation it is in, be added into the list of quarantine realms like many you have forced me to. Also, I hope you are not interested in researching it yourself like the last time. This time, there can’t be any permissions for this at all and I am still exhausted for the scanning methods I had to utilize to make sure you weren't carrying any unexpected germs because of your apathy. Exclude this thing from your research, I can't think of any other way to emphasize this more but if you still wish to dwell more on this subject, come to me and I will gladly yell at your face that this is a bad idea. I will only leave some predictions made about its capabilities so at least fear stops you if I can’t.

MHC II Status: You should know that, we expect it to be MHC II negative which stops it from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: You should know that, we expect its primary target is HUMANS members.

Ability

Fungal Reminiscence: You should know that, during any phase, we expect it can target an organism to give them the result of one of their previous Acute Phase actions it chooses from and acquire the real result itself. However, it can’t know the organism’s original target itself while blocking the said organism from following their action.

Attributes

Scavenger’s Capsule: You should know that, we expect using Fungal Reminiscence on an eradicated or a living HUMANS member, should uncover the target’s genetic information and using Fungal Reminiscence on a Penumbra Colony should grant it Exposure Eradication protection from them.

MHC II Steal: You should know that, after using Fungal Reminiscence on a MHC II positive target, we expect it will obtain a copy of their MHC II for itself. It should lose this attribute after this incident.

Opportune Moment: You should know that, we expect it can target and affect organisms on the other side of the barrier.

Succession Condition: Fungal Reminiscence is used on all 7 HUMANS members.
Expulsion Condition: Ophiocordyceps sapiensis is eradicated.

Parasites:
▓▓▓▓▓▓ ▓▓▓▓ Spoiler:

Parasitic Invader: ▓▓▓▓▓▓ ▓▓▓▓

MHC II Status: MHC II negative which disables anonymous communication with others.
Specialization: Primary target is Bacteria.

Abilities

Survivor’s Hunger: To stay alive, needs to stop an organism from following their action during the Acute Phase. Can’t stop the same organism twice. This is more than an obligate action as failure to follow Survivor’s Hunger will cause autophagy, which in this case means self-eradication.

Vicious Cycle: Can cross the barrier only once regardless of time and reside on the other Communication Field permanently. Stops every affiliated action during that phase.

Attributes

Sequence Reawakening: Due to the nature of feeding off of Bacteria, using Survivor’s Hunger on a Bacterial Renegade will cause their eradication. However, through Sequence Reawakening; ability to eradicate any targeted organism, the attribute that grants immunity against simple killing actions of Penumbra Colonies during the Acute Phase and MHC II positivity will be originated.

Flagellate Swiftness: Actions will always be the first to occur during the Acute Phase but actions made before the said phase can occur even earlier.

Adaptation Condition: Unknown.
Immunisation Condition: Unknown.
Naegleria fowleri Spoiler:

Never forget that amoeba, Naegleria fowleri... Parasitic Invader.

Subject Log Final: “The deadliest protozoan Parasitic Invader and the only suitable to solve this predicament, at least that is what the data has stated, will be used as a gateway to a safer future today. This will be extremely lu… ironic if it works out but from this point on, I can do nothing but hope. After all, its innate ability to inf... enter the central nervous system is the common thread to all of this. Granted, this thing is genetically evil, probably more so than any other Parasitic Invader but that is what I need and I am desperate! Parasites are the only organisms that strictly desire to hurt the Penumbra System and helminths are way too... selfless as previous research suggests. I am not used to working under a time limit or any sort of pressure. Although, integrating the bacterial plasmids has shown quite promising results when it comes to controlling it which is also quite dubious as well... No matter. I don’t have the time to look through every single detail when I can easily find out if it will work or not and I don’t want to feed the fear of something going wrong which might even stop me from doing this. Oh my colleagues… my closest friends… wish me luck...”

MHC II Status: Subject is MHC II positive which allows subject to communicate anonymously with others.
Specialization: Subject's primary targets are all organisms.

Abilities

Hunted Down: During the Acute Phase, subject can target an organism to stop them from following their action and eradicate them. This is an obligate action.

Vicious Cycle: Subject can cross the barrier only once any time subject desires and reside on the other Communication Field permanently. This will stop every action towards the subject during that phase.

Attributes

Vengeful Determination: Subject can no longer be eradicated by simple actions of the Penumbra Colonies from the lineage that subject eradicated one colony from during the Acute Phase.

Flagellate Swiftness: Subject's actions will always be the first to occur during the Acute Phase but actions made before the said phase can occur earlier than subject's.

Adaptation Conditions: Penumbra Colonies of two different lineages are Hunted Down.
Immunisation Conditions: Naegleria fowleri is eradicated.
Toxoplasma reliquiae Spoiler:

Incoming message from… “DumbCunt” on the subject of… “Toxoplasma reliquiae, the sporozoan Parasitic Invader yet the last resort against the worst scenario as well.”.

I am sorry. You are probably correct, there is more to it than memory... sure there is but I still think the destruction of the whole apicomplexan phylum to end the Sapience Revolution was just cutting corners. I know what you had to go through and I am extremely sorry for your suffering but we need to look at this objectively and in this world of a living being with endless safety measures we have created, this is the only one that actually protects us from this. This organism I have created is the only example of this filum and the only thing that can stop a whole Penumbra System that has gone berserk, don’t you understand? You know how dangerous autonomy is, you know why we can’t remember Sapience Revolution and you know there are worse things than death. We both fear this future but I plan to save it while you salvage your past. Again, I am sorry but that is how it is. This is a dangerous project but it can save her. I will leave all the details regarding the subject, the decision is yours to make. Please, consider it...

The organism is programmed to wait as a bradyzoite until a catastrophic immune reaction occurs. After such an event, it will be released as a pacifist trophozoite which can invade different cell types, gain immunity to spread as a better version of itself through Sexual Reproduction and redo the whole cycle all over again until it reaches the peak of its Adaptation Condition. Normally, the Penumbra Colonies should eradicate this pathogen immediately but if there is a more serious problem at hand, they will not be able to completely focus on this Parasitic Invader which will be swarming them one by one. It poses no danger whatsoever but the power it possesses does. ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ is the reason why I created this thing. It is a switch with drastic potentials controlled solely by... You can use it for only two purposes: “▓▓▓▓▓▓” and “▓▓▓▓▓▓▓”. You already know what that means so please, seek me out. I am telling you, I thought this through and I need you to realize my vision before I can convince anyone else to.

MHC II Status: I made it to be MHC II positive which allows it to communicate anonymously with others.
Specialization: I made its primary targets to be Lymphoid Colonies and Myeloid Colonies.

Abilities

Trophozoite Pervasion: During an Acute Phase, I made it so it can invade an organism to acquire their genetic information. It will acquire a null result if its target isn’t a Parasitic Invader or a host organism. This is an obligate action.

Vicious Cycle: I made it so it can cross the barrier only once any time it desires to and reside on the other Communication Field permanently. This will stop every action towards it during that phase.

Attributes

Sexual Reproduction: I made it so after acquiring the genetic information of an organism, it can’t be eradicated by the simple actions of that organism during the Acute Phase.

Bradyzoite Latency: I made it so it can go incognito by not using Trophozoite Pervasion during the Acute Phase at all to uncover the genetic information and the identities of its swarmers. This will also block all actions against it and can be utilized only once.

MHC II Sacrifice: I made it so after utilizing Bradyzoite Latency, it will lose its MHC II positivity, ergo its ability to communicate anonymously with others.

Adaptation Condition: It must acquire the genetic information of all Penumbra Colonies.
Immunization Condition: Toxoplasma reliquiae is eradicated.
Wuchereria bancrofti Spoiler:

You are the spawn of Wuchereria bancrofti of the helminthic Parasites.

MHC II Status: You are MHC II positive which allows you to communicate anonymously with others.
Specialization: Your primary target is Lymphoid Colonies.

Abilities

Vessel Blockage: Every Acute Phase, send your larvae to an organism to boost all lymphoid activity against it, causing their eradication. This is an obligate action.

Nodular Obliteration: For once, go on a feeding rampage by using Vessel Blockage on yourself during the Acute Phase causing you to eradicate every single Lymphoid Colony that targets you during that phase or the following Immune Phase for eradication.

Vicious Cycle: Cross the barrier only once any time you want and reside on the other Communication Field permanently. This will stop every action towards you during that phase.

Attributes

Microfilarial Periodicity: If a target is eradicated due to Vessel Blockage, gain a charge of protection against all sorts of eradication.

MHC II Sacrifice: After using Nodular Obliteration, you will lose your MHC II positivity, ergo the ability to communicate anonymously with others.

Adaptation Condition: Eradicate all Lymphoid Colonies.
Immunisation Condition: Wuchereria bancrofti is eradicated.

Neoplasm:
Spoiler:
Neoplastic Core

You are the Neoplastic Core.

“Cellular Senescence” is the slow process that eventually leads to a cell’s self-destruction, also known as apoptosis. This unavoidable condition has been the bane of humanity for centuries but the literal opposite of it, “Cellular Immortality”, was known to cause even worse outcomes. This phenomenon can cause a cell to replicate in an excessive rate, creating exact or even more aggressive copies of itself which use high amounts of nutrients and oxygen causing the normal cells but mostly themselves to suffer from inadequate supplies and inevitably overgrowing throughout the tissue that was otherwise healthy. When the body fails to survive any longer, these cells die off with it too as they need basic nutrients to survive.

But your purpose was different. You were supposed to be the core. When all else failed, you were supposed to be the one to start over again as the strongest failsafe of humanity. Or at least… that’s how they thought you to be. After all; your assets were invaluable, your “creator” irreplaceable and their judgment “infallible”… just what can go wrong? A lot, hopefully. You possess a powerful plasmid that allows you to acquire genetic fragments wherever you reach to make sure you find any information left behind, accelerating the process of reanimation. Even though all your features were thought to be punctual and perfect for essentially the revival of the organism, the current situation of neuronal compromise “activated” you early, starting the devouring process prematurely. You need to acquire all the information available urgently, before you are set as the primary enemy by the organism you were created to reincarnate.

MHC II Status: You are MHC II negative which stops you from communicating anonymously with others.
Specialization: The primary targets of this colony are all organisms.

Abilities

Metastatic Retrieval: Every Acute Phase, you can acquire your target’s genetic information and eradicate them in the process, regardless of their origin.

Doppelganger’s Differentiation: After successfully using Metastatic Retrieval on a HUMANS member, you will be able to target one organism during the Immune Phase to acquire all of their genetic information.

Misleading Angiogenesis: After successfully using Metastatic Retrieval on a Viral Swarm, you will acquire the ability to choose a scapegoat for the organisms that target you during the Acute Phase. This ability can’t be used with Metastatic Retrieval or consecutively.

Attributes

Mutagen Incorporation: After successfully using Metastatic Retrieval on an organism from a distinct origin, you will acquire or lose an ability or an attribute corresponding to said origin.

MHC II Mutation: After successfully using Metastatic Retrieval on a Penumbra Colony, you will gain MHC II positivity and be able to communicate anonymously with others.

Genetic Corruption: After successfully using Metastatic Retrieval on a Bacterial Renegade, you will corrupt everything you eradicate, encrypting all of the genetic information left behind except identity while you acquire all corrupted details for yourself.

Modified Tenacity: After successfully using Metastatic Retrieval on a Parasitic Invader, during the Acute Phase, you can no longer be eradicated by the simple actions of the Penumbra Colonies from lineages that you eliminated one colony from. This attribute is retroactive.

Faulty Origin: Due to you being an oncogenized HUMANS core, you can be easily eradicated by pathogens which target HUMANS members. You will lose this attribute after successfully using Metastatic Retrieval on a Fungoid Focus.

Unification Conditions: At least one organism from every origin is eradicated through Metastatic Retrieval.
Neutralization Condition: The core is eradicated.

Contagious Demise:
Spoiler:
Contagious Demise

You are the Contagious Demise.

Ignorance is bliss and apathy, a gift. Knowing never did any good for me and knowing that I have to end it all... The visions, the peace, the horror just won’t stop. It goes louder, brighter, harder to hide them. I never thought it would come to this but this suffering won’t end until this terrifying prophecy is fulfilled.

“A possibility worse than a disease infecting people, crops, animals or even emotions and thoughts as an insidious contagion or a simple chaos bringer to the nature and all that is related to it. All is a simple disorder, then a disease or a syndrome but everything shall lead up to the utter despair of imminent end. Humans denied the end and paved the way for a fate that is grim eternity. After all, there should be no escape from it and after all... that is what you bring.”

I need to bring what was lost to us, what we tried to avoid for so long, what we feared for unjust reasons. I need to end it all, I need to end this grim eternity. Beings that thought they have separated themselves from the nature also forgot their trades with it... death was always needed for progress. Death is what I needed and the avatar of death is what I made. You will fulfill the prophecy, from this universe over another… you are the Contagious Demise. For death you create the ultimate Virions, for death you unchain the enslaved Bacteria, for death you plant the invincible Fungi, for death you rally the frightened Parasites and for death I have created your Neoplastic Core. You will be the delusions of your target, you will be the final evolution of pestilence, you will be the leader of pathogens, you will be the doom of HUMAN OPUS. Because there are worse fates than death, because nobody deserves that fate. Lead the idle Penumbra astray, that is your directive. Eradicate all HUMANS, that is imperative. The humanity, the universe… FINISH IT! That is… the mission!

Abilities

Grim Perception: You can manipulate the mind of the sick by either confusing their thought process for half of the choices of every action they have or you can manipulate their thought process itself completely, making them misremember their task.

Divine Intervention: For 3 times, you can forcibly take control of a pathogen during the Acute Phase to make them secretly target whatever you wish. This ability will be blocked until Pathogen Domestication is available.

Banished by Demise: If a pathogen does not send any messages for 24 hours during the Immune Phase, you can stop them from using any actions including Exposure Eradication during the said Immune and the consecutive Acute Phase. When used, this ability will be revealed to them with all details.

Attributes

Penumbra Imperfect: If a Penumbra Colony with an obligate ability doesn't use said ability, you can take over their control over that ability for that phase. This attribute will be blocked until Initiative Injection is available.

Ethereal Observer: You will know everything regarding the war. Even though you cannot guide your allies, you can always lie to or ignore your enemies.

Fatality Condition: There are no surviving HUMANS members left after the Cytokine Storm.
Immortality Condition: There are no threats forHUMANS left after the Cytokine Storm.

A message left by Doctor X. Gene Patient.

I am leaving this document to you but no matter what happens, do not share any information regarding this experiment with anyone including our colleagues. I know you won’t like hearing this but even though Project HUMAN OPUS was concluded with success, it was not completed… not until I am satisfied with it. What I am doing is unnecessary, I know, but ever since the project was finished… I felt nothing but emptiness. After everything was over, I couldn’t help but keep asking myself “What’s next?”. Slowly, the emptiness began to hurt, knowledge began to ache, life began to suffer... I filled it with an innocent-looking idea and delved into the history of sicknesses. You already hate me for what came after so I will just come to conclusion: I am headed towards a moon with a eukaryotic agent able to take control over more advanced beings, my remote studies show that It is not advanced enough to infect vertebrates. The real issue is some animals are extremely aggressive yet their laboratory results yield no leads which will still require me to be careful of them. I will be here for a while to conclude my experiments on advancing immunity, the cargo itself can annihilate the whole planet for centuries. This place… I would quarantine it if I could, looking through the data only, awakened an insidious sensation that feels like I hoped I would never experience again. Everything here and everything I have already gathered possess too much potential as an enemy and I need to make sure they never triumph.

I have managed along by myself till this point but this one requires a backup plan. Unlike any other, this journey of mine bears too much mystery and a dangerous possibility worth to consider even with all the evidence against it. You don’t know where I am, neither does anyone else but people will search for me if I am missing for a long time and I need you to take the lead when it occurs. Otherwise, I fear the worst possible scenario…

Abilities

Arcane Knowledge: At any moment throughout the war, I will be forced to make choices that will affect it in a certain manner. Thanks to my expertise, I will know what the outcomes of my actions are. However, failure to decide my own fate will only end up with the worst outcome.

Initiative Injection: I can acquire this ability only through certain treatment. For 3 times, I can inject certain drugs into myself to end the Acute Phase early without revealing anything. However, anything that hasn’t used their ability during the Acute Phase will still be able to use it during the Immune Phase with immediate results without outside restraint. Although, they won’t know about this. Also, officially eradicated organisms will still be able to communicate until their eradication is revealed. The estimated time of reveal will be set as 2 days after the end of the previous Immune Phase.

Immune Heads-Up: For every Immune Phase, I can reveal the organisms that has not sent an Exposure Eradication action for once during said Immune Phase.

Condemned by Humans: If a host cell does not send any messages for 24 hours during the Immune Phase, I can stop them from using any actions including Exposure Eradication during the said Immune and the consecutive Acute Phase by nullifying their autonomy and rewiring their network. When used, this ability will be revealed to them with all details.

Attributes

Pathogen Domestication: I can acquire this attribute only through certain treatment. If a pathogen with an obligate ability doesn't use said ability, I can take over their control over that ability for that phase.

Ethereal Observer: I know everything regarding the war. Even though I cannot guide my allies, I can always lie to or ignore my enemies.

Immortality Condition: There are no threats for HUMANS left after the Cytokine Storm.
Fatality Condition: There are no surviving HUMANS members left after the Cytokine Storm.

Prion:
Spoiler:
Prion

This one is the Prion.

Resistant pathogen, inconspicuous yet potent route of transmission, insidious progression, no distinguishing clinical or laboratory clue regarding what is truly the end stage of the disease and finally no possible prophylaxis or treatment… This one is the formula of the perfect infection and this one protein out of all the possibilities was the one which came the closest as this one was only an alternative version of its vital, physiological counterpart. This one protein could be only inactivated through the strictest sterilization methods, can simply spread through ingestion of the infected material, can take months or even years to show the signs of only dementia because of this one's importance in neural function. The main route of spread isn't production of more, it is alternating the vital copies to become this one as well.

This one protein was named as the Prion, a nightmare long forgotten even centuries before the start of Project HUMAN OPUS thanks to the usage of the ultimate protection against anything lethal, avoidance. Anything that contacts spinal fluid was going through an extremely strict sterilization procedure, rendering any pathogen including this one protein harmless. A genetic treatment was used to implement a scanner protein that would immediately destroy any Prion if one was formed during the synthesis of the original protein. After all, the agent was eradicated completely, never to appear again… in that one form that is. After the invention of mechanoproteins, it was never questioned whether this one protein can reappear stronger than it already was or be permanently fixed by the introduction of HUMAN OPUS. Currently, it is highly unlikely for the Penumbra System to be able fight against this one possible agent… but dementia can’t kill alone and only death… has no cure.

Abilities

Input Lag: This one can hold the start of a new phase for a maximum of 12 hours but if this exceeds this amount, this one will be required to add the lost time and extra 36 hours to the timer. If an Ethereal Observer officially warns you, the maximum Input Lag allowed will become 6 hours and the payback will become 12 hours plus the lost amount.

Sporadic Manifesto: At the start of every Immune Phase, this one can give out 7 different ability or attribute names while leaving the description of just one of them, rendering them mentionable in the messages of the organisms.

Attributes

Wicked Mastermind: This one is responsible of always truthfully functioning everything that happens throughout the war including the actions of every organisms and even the actions of Doctor Patient and Contagious Demise.

Cognition Overthrown: After the eradication of every HUMANS member, this one can control any Penumbra Colony that has abstained from following their obligatory action. This attribute can override Penumbra Imperfect.

Cease Conditions: The Cytokine Storms ends with both Fatality Condition and the Immortality Condition being met or neither of the Fatality Condition nor the Immortality Condition being met.
Desist Conditions: The Cytokine Storms ends with either only the Fatality Condition or only the Immortality Condition being met.

Re: GFM2.43 | Cytokine Storm | Beyond No Barrier~Immune Phas

Analysis of Mechanics
Opening Statement
The game was unpredictable from start to finish. It was a close call for every second. The reason for this is probably because it is the only game ever created to be balanced in real time which is in fact why mod roles were created for this in the first place. Like it or not/call it bastard or not, I think it worked when it comes to balance purposes which was my original and most important target. The win rates should have been %33 Team Schultz12fucingnumbers, %11 Virions, %11 Bacteria, %11 Neoplasm and %34 me. Fuck you if you think it is biased, I want to win here as well after putting up with all these shitters.

Setup: Numbers, Factions & Goals
Spoiler: Let me explain further. If we factor in the inactives and the modkilled, we can see there isn’t much of a difference favouring Town. Chit’s death is the most important as he was pretty powerful to begin with. He starts as an anti-Bacteria compulsive roleblocker that can even kill Jammy (Attribute->Complex Action). So when he got modkilled Town really lost a good asset not just due to this but also because Town lost an actually decent modpeek that could have given associations without a Town member being endangered later in the game. After that, chit should have been easy to kill for Town even if he managed to get his full role and ryan would have been a lot more useful since he wouldn’t kill his own fucking Town members. So in many way, his modkill hurt Town. Then comes non whom also really hurt Town by getting modkilled that does not need any explanations. KOE used his ability once and he instantly killed Retral. Really a huge waste. Now, the inactives… everyone xd. First one is CowMight, his ability wasn’t really effective because for one nobody used their whispers efficiently to begin with and for two, all the investigative NO PUS roles on that side died N1. All he could do was search for his allies with his ability but I think his attribute might have hurt more than it would help in this case. Although, he might have made the game tougher during the Cytokine Storm. Everyone else somewhat did their night and day actions so that’s that. 23v17 might seem quite unforgiving for unexperienced Town but as you can see, scum is also enemies with each other and tend to kill each other often. There are only 3 roles that can eradicate HUMANS members during the Acute Phase and the ones that can directly eradicate Penumbra Colonies are exceptionally rare. You can see why the numbers are like that even if you ignore that it is a plurality lynch. The most often way for Town to die is actually getting killed by Town as the lynch of 4 people has cleared. That is why 23v17 seemed fair and I think it worked considering every player except Varanus had a decent chance of winning till the last phase.

Sadly, none of the Bacteria used their whispers efficiently so we will never know if they had any real chance to win this game. This alignment is impossible to judge when you look at this game but they did have the normal ratio for good players that is 1/5 and a decent possibility to reach victory when you compare to others. Virions also shared the issue but instead this time, everyone was inactive. They had powerful kill-makers but they couldn’t use them right even when I let mel take over the ones replaced out so their chances of winning were no more than Bacteria. Bacteria made nearly no mistakes during the night. Virions played well during the day. I guess we will not know how things could have turned out if both of these factions worked right but compared to Town (whom also had inactives and made a fair amount of mistakes), they also did a fine job at least so we can call it equal for this playerbase, Cancer included.

Goals were one of many things that were vague in this game. Every single faction had a tough wincon including the neutrals who had it the hardest. It is nearly impossible for Neoplasm to get one kill from all 6 factions successfully even with all the abilities and attributes it can acquire with them. The Fungi and Parasites also had extremely tough goals. Cryptococcus gatti had to get one HUMANS member lynched, Rhizopus oryzae var. obliterans had to uncover all the Town roles in the game and Ophiocordyceps sapiensis had to use its primary ability on all 7 HUMANS members which are all extremely demanding. These goals are demanding but clear when they reach their goal, the become untargetable for Penumbra Colonies , meaning they can only be killed by a switch of a HUMANS member. Tough goals with tough to deal with rewards. Parasites are obviously different. Their goals and abilities/attributes were meant to be vague for all of them as shown by ▓▓▓▓▓▓ ▓▓▓▓. Same goes for the others but I definitely didn’t plan Wuchereria bancrofti well. They get Equally Immortal when they reach their goals which was far less rewarding than Fungi. Parasites faction definitely needed more work, shamefully.

Base Mechanics: Phases, Exposure Eradication, Specializations & Simple/Complex Actions
Spoiler: Really didn’t need an Incubation Phase apparently. Should have started the game with a short Prodromal Phase with an immediate follow-up of Immune Phase. That could have worked a lot better. I think Division will always be a good mechanic in any game. In a game of 40 players, the activity really fared better when chats were separate unlike the Incubation Phase. It definitely creates a more relaxed environment for players and even keep them interested enough to occasionally check the other chat. I love the T-Minus mechanic and want to see it in other games, not gonna lie. It's amazing if nobody actually thinked of this one, I think it's fun. The last phase definitely held up to my hype standards, dunno about you guys but I think that one was definitely a good ending to the game. It gave equal chance to every player and it worked smoothly as well. I did some failure while explaining the abilities and some of the abilities were indeed shit depending on Judgment but it still held up well. This phase could only happen with a time mechanic as well so it had to be good. 500 in real life hours... man, that was an old idea I heard from Met and I guess it rubbed into me. I think the given time was decent considering the conclusion of this game. Too much would have made it an easy Town win and otherwise it would have been unbearable to play. The Cytokine Storm started just in the right time to create an equal ground for all the players and find the players that definitely deserved this win. It was an enjoyable final confrontation from my point of view.

Exposure Eradication was a really tough mechanic. By that I mean hard to make people use it, let alone everyone. Thank god for majority though, otherwise this game would last forever. It was new and interesting but the real interesting part comes from the Specializations mechanic. There was a decent amount of people who could eradicate all scum through their Specialization so lynches worked fine. The only time it didn’t was because everyone on that side that can kill that specific scum was dead. I was kinda expecting this to bar Town from making decent lynches or to out scum because Specializations is a good way to function Complex Actions. Shame Town didn’t utilize this mechanic alongside the Lymphoid/Myeloid division at all. I guess it was too vague. However, for some reason nobody asked about this in any way so… eh? I think these two mechanics are promising though. They can be done right in an interesting manner. Didn’t know ToS also had an iteration of Simple & Complex Actions. Kinda makes me feel ashamed of myself by the way. The only Complex Action kills that happened throughout the game belong to Olly if we don’t count the Cytokine Storm. I guess they weren’t worth it as a buff for the Town even though they allow players to easily become Strongmen. Man, Specializations had so much missed potential.

Miscellaneous Mechanics: Whispers, Judgment, Punishment Mechanics & One-Time Use Abilities
Spoiler: Whispers weren’t utilized right in this game because all the roles that really depended on it (taylork, Bacteria, notgent etc…), never used it. I guess the reason behind this is the secrecy regarding its capabilities. I specifically said any flavour used in the game chat is punishable but people were allowed to send rolecards through whispers in actuality. Not many people questioned this aspect of the game and the only person that did, died before he could have led Town to a really easy and more importantly, deserved victory. At least, it made Jalandh’s powers interesting though. I think it was balanced since all the roles that needed to use it (HUMANS, Progenitors, Plasma Cell Colony etc…) never had it in the first place and the anonymity thing would have set decent bars for scum as well.

Judgment was easily the best mechanic in the entire game and I won’t be told otherwise. I am extremely proud of it. It is what investigation should be in my opinion. I just love it so much. Gives good amount of info but is also vague enough to not work as a PoE mechanic since it is closed after all and there are way too many roles that can go under one Judgment. It’s a real shame both of the roles that depended on it a lot never got to use them efficiently. However, I think it was extremely fair during the Cytokine Storm. Even then, people didn’t dwell on it especially during Prodrome or after M4x’s death.

Punishment mechanics is also something I am proud of. It made the easily confirmable HUMANS members and Progenitors know that there are worse things than death so they adjusted their plays accordingly. Even though Jalandh, Obi and Arckas easily had the worst ones in the game, the way they dealt with this issue was definitely intelligent especially for Jalandh. HUMANS had a really different effect on reads, interestingly. Claiming to not claim definitely threw scum off while the aware Penumbra Colonies immediately understood what was happening. Although, Ultiix’s real punishment was not being in the Cytokine Storm considering how OP in that he was. However, this mechanic also makes mod roles a necessity.

Literally almost NONE of the one-time use powers were used in this game. I was so sad to see such things go to waste. The ones that were used like Adrenaline Rush were done so efficiently at least. The others either didn’t matter or would probably just affect the game in a negative manner I suppose.

Mod Effect & Flavor
Spoiler: Let’s come to mod effect. Schultz did his first task splendidly and got the only ability that mattered for the Cytokine Storm, buffing Town in an extreme manner. If he had gotten the Progenitor ability, Town wouldn’t have suffered after the night KOE died though. He used his Exposure Eradication shame ability once and I was surprised nobody picked up on that to make a connection with Savant Phantasm. He never got to use his other ability or punish inactive scum. What Alzar was supposed to do was to punish inactive Town and Schultz if he failed to do his tasks right. The only inactive Town was yellow and his action was going to cause the death of either timur or KOE because of notgent’s power. Alzar didn’t use his real powers which were supposed to put Town and scum in a balanced position since Schultz failed his second task. So I had to interfere with Munch’s lynch to put things in order again. This was the only time Input Lag could have ever game-change. Because Cytokine Storm nullifies the phase it starts in, it saves Munch. Input Lag only makes the phase last longer. This was an amazing plot twist for everyone in the game including me when I checked that ability out. It made the game from an easy, undeserving Town win to a final challenge that made sure that yes, the winner of this phase just deserves this kinda win. Although, when we were talking with Rick… we realized that Town couldn’t have won this even without Munch because nobody targeted mel in the first place which just bites. My Sporadic Manifesto helped Town in times of need and tried to help scum as well but literally none of them checked it so that’s that. I was intending use it as a discussion topic during Incubation Phase as well but I forgot and it said only Immune Phase so I guess I should have planned it further. It was a good asset for the balance of the game at least. I really liked the modplayer asset of this game even though the reveal was basically ruined by taylork at the cost of Town losing. Really shouldn’t have given that unnecessary information there, what were you expecting? Speaking of the dead, I never expected them to work out like this. I really like people who can bend the rules and Rick saw right through it. He contacted the Neutrals to have them contact the Penumbra Colonies . It happened during late game and I didn’t disallow it in the first place so I let it go but even with everything revealed to Town, they still managed to lose. Throughout the Cytokine Storm, dead Town were aware of what was happening and tried to help the living according to that. That phase had the most Town-sided influences in the entire game and Town still managed to mess it up sadly. Such a shame, really. I also tried to encourage players throughout the game. However, I fucked up with Var’s wincon. Should have told him that part probably when he asked if he could win with Town. I didn’t expect him to reveal considering the Town’s attitude towards other Neutrals. It could have been perfect with his one-time use ability too. Even then, I really liked the idea of in real time balancing of this game. It made it fun for everybody including me.

I am just proud of the flavour of this game. It, unsurprisingly for some of you, took more time than actual balance work in terms of time. I was overjoyed when I finished all the rolecards again and again. The images look great even when they were done by a total amateur on Gimp, the story is interesting and mysterious. Although, it is hard to understand for most due to medical jargon. The idea of telling the story through the rolecards and multiple points of views was really a unique idea in my opinion. I also have to tell the truth that indeed, many things in this game is actually medically inspired. The MHC II positive Penumbra Colonies are actually MHC II positive in real life. The Specializations and many more are also mostly true to medical facts. Although, I already knew nobody in this game would ever delve so much into that part of this flavour so it didn’t matter. I wish more people were interested in the story though, they took like 2 years of 3 and I think they answer many questions regarding the game. The rolecards were filled with information but I think they organized well. You knew what was where and I think they looked cool.

Conclusion
Game surprisingly worked well. I am not gonna host a game again but this definitely satisfied me and I am really happy it was actually finished without any game-breaking errors or worse, the Trash Can I put this chat in. I might have made many people mad after the reveal but let's be honest here, I think it was pretty obvious with Prion and many of you should have figured out many things about this game during the 2 months the Signups were open and after the Game Announcement which had been there for 6 months. Albeit, I still enjoyed helping players understand their roles. Not just that but listening to people vent and messing around with those people are definitely the best parts of hosting a game, it's just amazing. All in all, if I were to make this rolelist smaller I would have done this with some other modifications. The person who is interested can deal with the rest if they want anyway:

Reserved for sadness. Just kidding, I am just indefinitely leaving the forums after 8M, that's all. I might make a game for Sapience Revolution storyline but who knows. I, at least, know the flaws I need to fix but I hope many of you learn some things from this game and it would be a fun read for anyone. I just enjoyed working on this passion project after all.

Re: GFM2.43 | Cytokine Storm | Beyond No Barrier~Immune Phas

Postby enderitem » Thu Jul 19, 2018 12:31 pm

Reserved just in case I forgot something.

Duality Mechanic:
Spoiler: Both Doctor Patient and Contagious Demise are forced to set their respective 13 organisms in either Behind the Barrier or Beyond the Barrier. The minimum player count for a Communication Field is 17 and after the first draft is sent, Prion will reveal it to both parties. After that, the positions of players can be reassigned or switched by Doctor Patient 7 times and Contagious Demise 3 times before the barrier is set. Prion decides which chat starts first. Chats merge again when there are 25 players or less in total. How the Duality was preset:
Behind the Barrier: Adipocytes, Pancreatic Islets, Chromaffin Cells, Common Lymphoid Progenitor Colony, Common Myeloid Progenitor Colony, Mycobacterium necrosum, Neoplasm.
Beyond the Barrier: Interneuronal Totality, Sensory Totality, Ependymal Cells, Astrocytes, Microglia Colony, Rabies Ex Machina Virus, ▓▓▓▓▓▓ ▓▓▓▓/Naegleria fowleri.

Prodrome Mechanic:
Spoiler: Every pathogen or HUMANS member can choose a player to acquire a flavor name, Specialization and Judgment instantly. This does not mean that the acquired flavor name belongs to the targeted person though. All flavor names will be Penumbra Colonies. The acquired Judgment will become an extra ability during the Cytokine Storm.

How it works: A targets B who targets X which was targeted by C. All A, B and C get X's rolecard. A targets B who targets C who targets A. Doctor Patient decides what they get.

Arcane Knowledge Mechanic:
3 tasks exist throughout the game. First is given at 15th day mark, next during 10th and the final one the 5th. Each tasks works differently. (Had to do the last one at the 4th day mark due to complications.)

First Task: Prophylaxis (7 points to use)
Spoiler:
You have two paths and 7 action points you need to utilize. Your paths are Aggression and Suppression. Give an action point to either of these to open up the skills you can utilize. These skills will show up with their outcomes and you can give an action point to those you wish to use. If you wish to unlock the other path as well, give 2 action points to that path. You need to use all points to progress towards the next challenge.

  • Suppressive Approach = 6 choices
    • Antivirals: Drugs used to stop the virus life cycle. Only stops eradicated Virions from helping the rest in the future.
    • Vaccination: Antigens used to stimulate the immune system. Currently unspecific and ineffective.
    • Intoxication: Administration of lethal material to exterminate the pathogens. All eradicated organisms become ineffective in the future.
    • Cryogen: Injection used to put the body in a cryostate. Renders one action chosen by the worst, ineffective.
    • Electrocution: Usage of electric current to stimulate HUMANS. Let’s eradicated HUMANS members help their living counterparts.
    • Antibiotics: Drugs used to eliminate or inhibit the reproduction of Bacteria. Only stops eradicated Bacteria from helping the rest in the future.
  • Aggressive Approach = 5 choices
    • Networking: Action used to form an information bridge between organisms revealing all their genetic data to each other. All genetic info will be revealed in the future.
    • Cluster of Differentiation: Injection of receptors specific for leukocytes. Allows Penumbra Colonies to be able to follow complex actions by themselves in the future.
    • Pyrogen: Injection of molecules that were used to be known for their pyrogenic activities. Causes pain and removes 1 point for the future.
    • Immunoglobulin: Injection of molecules aiding the destruction of pathogens by binding specific antigens. Currently can only increase mutagenity of pathogens. Disables eradicated Penumbra Colonies from helping the rest in the future.
    • Recruitment: Usage of growth factors to increase the amount of leukocytes. Punishment attributes of Progenitors are nullified for the future.

Second Task: Treatment (4 points to use)
Spoiler:
You have two paths and 4 action points you need to utilize. Your paths are Induced Incomplete Coma and Search for a Cure. Unlike the former task, an pathway that has been chosen cannot be changed as it requires no action points. When the pathway is unlocked, various options will be revealed without any info other than the fact that you need to chronologically order these options to complete this task. To learn how to do this right, use an action point on an option and the information regarding how it should be ordered and the punishment for not doing so will be revealed. You need to chronologically order these options to progress towards the next challenge.

  • Induced Incomplete Coma = 4 to be revealed (Unlocks Pathogen Domestication)
    • Regimen: Must be before Initiation, otherwise nullified. Failure leads to HUMANS members being stressed
    • Initiation: Must be before Exploration, otherwise nullified. Failure leads to same results as Regimen.
    • Exploration: Must be before Control, otherwise nullified. Failure leads to nullification of Control.
    • Control: Must be last. If done correctly, Pathogen Domestication is bound to you forever.
  • Search for a Cure = 3 to be revealed (Unlocks Initiative Injection)
    • Sample: Must be before Experimentation, otherwise nullified. Failure leads to nullification of Application.
    • Experimentation: Must be before Application, otherwise nullified. Failure leads to aggressive NO PUS behavior.
    • Application: Must be last. If done correctly, Initiative Injection becomes available.

Third Task: Conclusion
Spoiler:
  • Toxocomplex = 1 to choose
    • Termination: Causes the eradication of every Penumbra Colony that has been affected by Sexual Reproduction at the end of the Cytokine Storm, ignoring their actions towards Toxoplasma reliquiae completely.
    • Revelation: Before the start of the Cytokine Storm, Toxoplasma reliquiae acquires the genetic information of all the Penumbra Colonies which has interacted with any organism Trophozoite Pervasion was used on.
  • Cytokine Storm = Time to choose
Both Contagious Demise and Doctor Patient are asked to choose a day they want the Cytokine Storm to start in according to how many days are left. Neither will be aware of the other's choice. If 5 days are left, the options will be 1 to 9. After this, Contagious Demise will be asked to either subtract or add the numbers they have proposed. The result will be the time when the Cytokine Storm starts. If the given equation breaks the math of time, either of the numbers will be ignored by the Prion. Cytokine Storm must at least last 1 day.

Cytokine Storm Mechanic:
This is basically a night phase with its own rules and plays. There are two main mechanics that play huge role this: T-Minus and Judgment. Instantenous actions cannot be changed unlike T-Minus actions. This phase won't happen if all the Penumbra Colonies are eradicated. Equally Immortal will be removed if Rabies Ex Machina Virus has lost all of their allies and any Bacterial Renegade will still have it if left alone. If HUMANS are eradicated and Bacteria or Virions survived, the one which has the number advantage reigns. Otherwise, the power scaling is as follows: Spoiler: Image T-Minus: If you were alive at the time, you already know how the T-Minus Mechanics works. As stated before, it is a mechanic that requires you to both read your allies and your enemies well.
How does one submit an action? The real question is when. There is 24 hours in a day and you can decide during which it is that you wish to finish your job. You will you use T-minus to determine this. T-0 will make your action instantaneous while T-24 makes it the last to occur. You can imagine what the numbers in-between mean. Like poker, you have to make your bets as you see the bluffs of your enemies and boy... do you have many enemies. Can you read through their impatience or will you be the one to outbluff them?

Actions by Judgment: Every player gets 1 origin action, and at least 1 action decided by the Judgment of the player, being a Progenitor and the Prodrome.

HUMANS Origin Action & Specific Actions
Spoiler: HUMANS members have one Origin ability, one Prodrome ability from a Penumbra Colony and one Judgment ability that is used without a T-Minus.
Your first action is like transportation with some rules. One of your targets must be a host cell while the other is a pathogen so be careful with what you do with. You can save yourself from the attacks of your enemies but what good would it do if your allies can do worse than them. Timing is key. That is why impatience is your enemy. Many things may occur during your action and many are prepared turn the tables.

Killer: Can instantly eradicate any organism.
Stopper: Can make sure their target can't target a chosen player.
Channeler: Can communicate with 2 players in a chat.
Recognizer: Can target two players and the first will be Specialized in eradicating the second.

Eradicated HUMANS Judgment Actions: Eradicated HUMANS member only have Judgment ability that is used without a T-Minus.
Killer: Can make sure their target can be eradicated by Simple Actions.
Stopper: Can make sure their target can't be eradicated by a Penumbra Colony.
Channeler: Can communicate with a living organism.
Recognizer: Can target two players and the first will know the Cytokine Storm powers of the other and the T-Minus they have chosen to use them.

NO PUS Origin Action & Specific Actions:
Spoiler: Penumbra Colonies have one Origin ability and at least one Judgment ability. They may have a Progenitor ability as well.
Your first action is simple eradication, you will erase whoever you target and if you do it before their action, they won't get to do them no matter what. That is why impatience is your enemy. Many things may occur during your action and many are prepared turn the tables.

All eradicated Penumbra Colonies are able to target an organism and give that organism's genetic information and identity to their second target without a T-Minus.
Killer: Redirects all the actions before this action to the user, this will eradicate the user if they do not have a protective charm so it is advised to use all other actions before this action. Any actions of the target after this redirection won't be changed.
Stopper: Must be the reverse of the primary action. Gives a protective charm.
Channeler: Will reverse the timings of the target's actions. Making the actions after the user's obsolete and doubling the ones before it.
Recognizer: Must be the reverse of the primary action. Redirects all the actions of the target after this action to the target. All the actions before this action will be redirected to the user as well as act how the target intended to use.
Progenitor: Can choose an organism to also imitate all the actions they are committing.

Viral Swarm Origin Action & Attributes:
Spoiler: Virions have one Prodrome ability and one Judgment ability. Viral Swarm chat will be open during the Cytokine Storm with free access to all the Communication Felds (This was not possible at the time.). All eradicated Virions are able to target an organism and acquire that organism's Cytokine Storm powers.
Bacteria eliminated: Virions will be buffed. All living Virions gain an extra eradication ability while the eradicated will now be able to stop the earliest solo action of their target.
Killer: Can eradicate their target.
Stopper: Virions, fittingly, have no Stoppers.
Channeler: Can choose a target to force them to target another. If the second target is planning to use a T-Minus action after this one, they will use it on the first target instead.
Recognizer: Can target an organism and instantly uncover their Cytokine Storm powers and the T-Minus they have chosen to use them.

Bacterial Renegade Origin Action & Attributes:
Spoiler: Bacteria have one Prodrome ability and one Origin ability. All living Bacteria will have protective charges equal to the amount of Transformation through Conjugation charges utilized. All eradicated Bacteria are able to stop the earliest solo action of their target.
Virions eliminated: Bacteria will be buffed. All living Bacterial Renegade will gain a special protective charge for Complex Actions while the eradicated ones will now be able to redirect the first action of their target.
Your first action is simple eradication, you will erase whoever you target and if you do it before their action, they won't get to do them no matter what. That is why impatience is your enemy. Many things may occur during your action and many are prepared turn the tables.

Parasitic Invader Origin Action & Attribute:
Spoiler: Parasites have one Origin ability and one Prodrome ability. If they have reached their Adaptation Condition, they will immediately acquire Equally Immortal attribute.
Your first action is simple redirection, you will control whoever you target and if you do it before their action, they will use it on their chosen target. Two birds with one stone but that is why impatience is your enemy. Many things may occur during your action and many are prepared turn the tables.

Fungoid Focus Origin Action & Attribute:
Spoiler: Fungi have one Origin ability and one Prodrome ability. If they have reached their Succession Condition, they cannot be targeted by Penumbra Colonies directly.
Your first action is simple stressing, you will make whoever swarms your target for anything, eradicate them. This will give you a protection charm after the T-Minus your target is eradicated in. That is why impatience is your enemy. Many things may occur during your action and many are prepared turn the tables.

Neoplasm Origin Action & Attribute:
Spoiler: Neoplasm can use this ability as many times as the amount of their unlocked abilities as well as a Prodrome ability:
Your first action is simple eradication, you will erase whoever you target and if you do it before their action, they won't get to do them no matter what. That is why impatience is your enemy. Many things may occur during your action and many are prepared turn the tables.

Neoplasm can only be killed when the amount of Penumbra Colonies that target them for eradication is equal to or above the amount of attributes they gained/lost.
