Escort can draw the game if they rb, or they can win with vamps
If they win with vamps, are they gamethrowing by betraying their faction? Or would you say that roleblocking and drawing the game would be a gamethrow?

Ah, I see. I think a more extreme situation would be if you were Mayor, and there was a ret and two vamps, and it was day, but you knew you would be bitten in the night. In that scenario, you either lose the game or gamethrow and win. I would have considered that to be an example of justifiable gamethrowing, as I would have no wanted to lose ELO, and tried to maximize my ELO. But we don't have to worry about that anymore.
The whole idea of vamps only fits in a game that people don't take seriously (such as All Any), so either you won't mind losing the game, or you will technically gamethrow to win but nobody will get mad and you most likely won't be reported.
I will admit back when I was new to the game I once unknowingly gamethrew as escort because I really wanted to win, so I let the vamp bite me instead of making the game draw. But it was All Any, and it was back in the middle of March. No harm, no foul, and nobody got mad.

But that is gamethrowing.
This is why I hate Vampire. It's a win stealer and if you are in this situation you have to force a tie and you don't get a win because it would be gamethrowing if you went with the Vampires. sigh

I wouldn't worry about it much. Draw isn't so bad, it's better than a loss.
And if you have to choose between a win and a loss (the example with mayor, Vamp Hunter, and two vamps), go for the win. Most likely you will not be reported, as I would consider that to be justifiable gamethrowing.

Yes, but it still steals wins.
For example, I was Medium in All Any and I was about to win. But the last Vampire just HAD to bite me and die the same night, so I resulted in a loss. I hate Vampire.

Gamethrowing is doing something that reduces your team's chances of winning intentionally. In an Escort vs Vampire situation, the chances of winning are 0%. You cannot kill the Vampire. So if you let the Vampire bite you, you didn't gamethrow because the chance of winning was already impossible. You can't decrease 0%. I see nothing wrong with letting the Vampire bite you because of this.

So instead of getting a draw, the Town members lost because Escort decided to join Vamps.
