Can janitor clean mafia?

Well, I saw that he can, I just thought it might've been a glitch. I'm sure when I was Janitor I couldn't clean maf.

Janitor can clean mafia, but can't target them directly (although this should be allowed). They can only do it if there is a witch, coven leader or transporter, so I don't get how did this happen.

If one player leaves right after the system choose a role for him, (if mafia) that person wont appear in the mafia chart and you can select him. Yes, it is a bug.

But it's still possible through non-bug-REEE-ways as Joac explained above~

The problem is that there were no transporters or witches in that game. The only explanation I see is that, as Oskio said, the mafioso left in day 1 and the janitor decided to clean him to hide his role.
