Well, I learned the hard way not to play late at night.

Day 2 rolls around in All Any. I'm Forger with three other mafia members. We've got WW kills, plus a Veteran shooting a Transporter AND someone else to confirm themselves. Since the Escort died to WW we assumed that the result was clear as day... exceeeept the lynch didn't go through and the "WW" was my fellow Mafia member, who I forgot was a Mafia member.

Oops.

Anyways, the game goes on and most of the mafia dies. It comes down to four survivors- the confirmed Vet, my not-WW mafia teammate, the person who's been insisting for days that my mafia teammate was the WW, and someone else with an unconfirmed role. All we know about the two is that WW and Witch are both in play.

My some stroke of luck, my mafia teammate convinces the WW accuser to lynch the confirmed Vet. At this point we're pretty sure they're the real WW, given how adamant they were about lynching the Mafioso...

Spoiler: Lesson 2 learned the hard way: turns out Transporter actually swaps Vet successfully even if they're shot in the process. I'm not sure how, but this gave the WW an alibi as the "confirmed Vet" that managed to last the whole game. As for the WW accuser they were actually the real Vet, which explains why they went for the lynch.

Afterwards, Mafia and the Witch go on to win the game. I still feel sorry for that fellow Mafioso, he had to work really hard to not get lynched/investigated after I almost bussed him.

Just had a great game as SK. I'm usually rubbish as the NK but let's try this.

Spoiler: I decide to claim transporter, a claim which is unexpected. I get jailed n1 - so killing jailor - but the next day I claim it and the town gives me a chance to prove myself. Jailor [jester] gets a non claiming lookout lynched with a sheriff claim (honestly thought he was exe for the whole game).

N2, I decide to kill Marcus [mafioso]. I put down myself and katya, who's been speaking another language, as transed, and get transed myself. Of course, he can't confirm it so luckily for me this rule-breaker helps me out. The town congratulates the fact that the sk killed the mafioso, and the vigilante has random shot the spy. No lynch.

N3, I kill boom [forger], who had in will that I was SK. I was going to put down that I transed myself and katya again, but the next day, he was cleaned by mafia, so I put it down as myself and the suiciding vigilante, and a reason. I aim for a rolecall. Daily Brew claims BG, Lobster claims spy, and I'm pretty sure that the transporter has been cleaned. We vote up Daily Brew but I say to inno as no cc. I go to get Lobster lynched by no one wants to vote him.

N4, I try to kill John, but he's immune - and I get shot as well. Immediately I put myself and Jailor [jester] as transed, claiming they attacked me but hit exe. Lobster agrees with me, and we put up John, who claims bg last second, with all guilties. He's the godfather, surprise surprise.

N5, it's a difficult choice. I know that Daily Brew is bg, and he'll be protecting Lobster, so I kill the bg, hoping he doesn't use his vest. So I put down the same trans action as the night before.

N6: Jailor [jester] has died by mafia [Lobster, it turns out, was janitor/mafioso], and Daily Brew the bg has been killed. SK wins, and I simply say gg, thinking that I was very lucky.

So, in short:
Claiming transporter as an sk works really well if you get jailed n1, but is risky. If someone you claimed you transed say they weren't you're dead, but I claimed to trans people who wouldn't confirm it. Jester helped out a lot and gave me a night where I would have been outed as immune to confirm me as transporter, and the very quiet mafia helped as I killed 2 mafia over 2 nights due to the fact they didn't talk at all. Someone speaking Greek allowed me to "confirm" myself - a lucky break - and I got 3 mafia killed or lynched and ended with a 1v1 against the promoted mafioso or RM. A great game which will stay in my memory for a very long time.

Tip of the day: If you are up with 2 Jailor claims at the end of the game and have to decide, ask them for their first message they sent you the night you got jailed. Only the real one will be able to reply and the 50% will get a 100% win chance

Over the course of one night of Ranked, I had the "pleasure" of watching this wonderful set of horrors happen:

1) A Werewolf get voted up in a 4 way stalemate by Jester and Doctor, handing the win to the Mafia. If Jester hadn't voted, they would have been kingmaker the next day.

2) Two Lookouts confirm each other and TP on N1. Mafia cleans the TP and SK kills one of the Lookouts on N2. 2nd Lookout was watching the 1st and outed the SK. The 2nd Lookout was lynched 9 votes to 1.

3) Town "forgot" to lynch the confirmed SK while they focused on the mafia, leading to an SK win. Twice.

4) Sheriff finds a mafia, who claims transported. Trans doesn't back them up, and they're lynched - they flip Medium. Transporter waits until the next day to reveal who was actually Mafia, by which time the Jailor is dead and can't execute them.

5) Town voting innocent on a suspected Framer because Mafioso-claiming-Spy says they weren't visited by Mafia and must be Jester, as Mafia are splitting votes between them and a possible GF. Town ignores that the Mafioso-claiming-Spy was leading the vote splitting. Mafioso-claiming-Spy then reverse-ferrets and VFRs a previously silent role rather than voting for the possible GF, leading to a Retri getting mislynched.

6) Sheriff gets transported N1 and announces it first thing D2. The Escort they were transed with announces they were transed, attacked and healed. The Sheriff points out this means he can't be mafia, as mafia actually targeted him. A Town member asks why didn't he die. The Sheriff points out they were transed, so were never actually attacked. Jailor jails and executes the Sheriff that night for having night immunity.

7) Mafioso voted up at the start of D2 during VFR. Makes no claim. Gets lynched. Consort voted up at the start of D3 during VFR. Makes no claim. Gets lynched.

8) Mayor reveals D1 and Doctor dies on N1. Werewolf targets the Mayor N2, killing Mayor, Transporter and Escort. Mafia kills a Medium. Town takes 2 more days to realise the claimspace is completely gone. Mafia wins.

9) Jailor jails and executes a confirmed Investigator, having pushed to get them on the stand the day before. A Vigilante shoots the Jailor that night, assuming they're a scum role, killing themselves and the BG protecting him.

10) D2 reveals its a Witch/Janitor/SK game and Town instantly dives into VFR. The 4th person proactively claims Vigi near the end of the day. On N2, the Witch dies to a Veteran. Its pretty darn obvious who the Veteran is, but on N3 they alert again and kill the Janitor, Mafioso and SK. The GF quits.

jailor knew I was the last maf told escort to rb me, jails and executes the doctor for no reason.
Next day I convinced town to hang spy using my superior charisma, we hang him I get jailed.
Next day I ask if any1 can confirm the escort claim cus 7 was vet confirmd (Nymnphadora) and sumhow convinced town to hang yet another town.
Once again I am jailed and was like okay fuck there is no way I am getting out of this with vet/jailor confirmd.
Vet left/disconnected maf wins the game.

Player A was SK , Okay , no problem ( at least at my ELO ) .
Player B was Our GF .
We somehow win this game .

It's sad seeing how saying "X is maf" without reason works so good for getting townies killed, especially with a dumb mayor.
I just had a game where I was shot by a vig even though I had got consig lynched just because someone was saying "spy claims are sus" (there were like 5 TI claims, but I had claimed d2 and lynched consig). After that, town put on trial the other spy who had claimed d2 and posted will everyday. After she posted her will on trial, they said "Your will is exactly the same as the other spy will, you're fake!" and spy was lynched 7-0. Wtf. Then, instead of lynching the lookout claim who was pushing for misslynches and had no will, they lynched the quiet sheriff claim who was a jester. He haunter transporter and mafia won.

So I was in game with old high elo players like easty, Owlet. I was Mafioso and we attacked Owlet N1. Unfortunately, I was catched by Lookout easty N1. Because pissing off easty is one of my favorite activities in this game I claimed Jailor. Called Town to vote easty. They refused to do that, because Jailor cannot be a target for Executioner. Vigilante told me that he will shoot easty D2 we lynched Godfather. N2 Jailor executed me and Vigilante shot easty. Mafia won that game

This is why there needs to be some sort of regulations to what the All Any roles can be. For example, what if there are no Witch, Coven, Mafia, NK, Vamp, or Plaugebearer? Then the game immediately ends as soon as it begins, and only town and survivors will win. It's a free win for them and an automatic loss for the rest even though there wasn't even a game.

So I was in a game with one of my friends; we were both arsos but at the time we didn't know this. Somehow we managed to douse the town with a witch who was game throwing by acting like an "invest" in the town. Unluckily for him, I ignited that night and the town was in flames.

Just played the best disguiser game of my life. I decided on N1 to play as if I was an exe, so I chose a target and set to get him lynched. On D2, I stated that I was sheriff he was mafia, but nobody listened to me and nothing got done as there were a lot of people talking in chat. On D3, I went hard for my target. I demanded that a vigi either shoot him or I, the one he trusted least. And then on D4, I got an amazing surprise: a vigi had shot my target... who was being protected by the BG. In one swoop, I had gotten the BG and the vig killed. Even better, a sheriff had revealed on D4, so I knew that I would be able to make myself look as a disguiser. On N4, I died to the werewolf, and lo and behold I was a sheriff that stated that my target was mafia. The whole town had believed I was a disguiser, and even after my target was revealed to be lookout many thought he was the disguiser. My mafia were laughing like crazy on N5, and as was I. Truly a great Christmas game for me.

So i'm not usually one to let games bother all that much after the game is done. I might rage a bit in game if my team is especially stupid, but once the game is done i GG and move on. However i played a Ranked game a few hours ago that i just can't get over. The level of sheer stupidity showed by the Townies in this game was just THAT rage inducing.

So like a lot of others the ELO reset has not been kind to me. I got the worst set of roles for my placement games.I think 5 out my 10 games I was NE or NK and out of the other 5 games i was Mafia 3 times. I still eeked out 4 wins by the skin of my teeth and ended up with an elo of 1235. It was quite an adjustment playing with the trolls and players who just aren't very good, but I am committed to the grind because i know that the game does improve significantly once you can rise far enough up to leave the people who aren't taking the game seriously behind.

So i have become used to bad and passive towns over the past few weeks. THIS game however is something else. So i roll Sheriff to start the game, which makes me happy because i am usually quite good at scum reading and guessing at who to check.

Day 1: Your usual start of game posturing and fake vet baits.

Night 1: I check Player 3 because I always check 3 or 14 Night 1 (no info anyway). Player came up as NS.

Day 2: Mafia killed an Escort (2), the Vet killed a Doctor (13) (no the Vet did NOT bait or even talk Day 1), and no NK kill. So after we admonish the Vet for alerting N1 the Vet suggests VFR, which i am fine with because if we get a TI claim you can usually count on 3 or more CC's which gives me a starting point of who to check. Sure enough

-Player 1 claims LO (legit) and is able to semi-confirm himself with his will and we get 3 CCs including myself. We inno him and move on.

-Player 3 claims Doc (GF) and we get one CC (legit BG). I post my result and after some back and forth about what to do we inno him and move on

-There is an initial push to get the BG claim up (myself included), but Player 4 gets put up and claims Jailor. This is the point that the train jumps the tracks and the Townies become determined to do everything humanly possible to lose the game. One of the CCs claims Sheriff (Framer) and says he didn't want to come off as exe by accusing 1st thing on day 2 but he investigated Player 4 on N1 and he came up as mafia. Now you would think that this wouldn't be an issue with a Jailor claim. You Inno and let the real Jailor sort it out. Either he's telling the truth or dead by the next morning. Not this town though. We get 3 votes up fairly quickly, but despite my pleas for no abstainers those are the only 3. It's 2 guilties to my 1 Inno.

The Jailor claim curses out the town in his last words(don't blame him, i was pissed too) and then immediately leaves ( this is important later for reasons you can likley guess). Of course he was the real Jailor

Night 2: I check the sheriff claim and course he comes up as Mafia.

Day 3: Mafia Killed the BG who CCed the Doc claim, the Vig shot one of the guilties who turned out to be the Ret (who didn't revive the Doc because the Doc had left after the Jailor fiasco, but could have revived the escort and didn't because he thought escort was not a role worthy of revving), Vet killed the Blackmailer, and still no NK kills

In review we have 4 dead townies at this point with a 5th incoming. Not great, we are probably going to lose at this point anyway, but i've seen similar comebacks before if town can get on a roll. Of course the Vig outs himself immediately (can't have Mafia wasting a kill on him can we?)

I post my result, but he and the other mafia are able to convince the Town that he was obviously framed just as the Jailor was. The LO claims that he watched the Doc claim instead of the BG claim. They then push on the one remaining guilty of the Jailor, but he makes a very suspicious BG claim. I rightly point out this is likely Jester and that we need to hang the Mafia result. Damn near all of the remaining townies Guilty though with me as the only Inno and the evils abstaining. He was Jester.

Needless to say the town was dispatched of fairly quickly after that and Mafia was able to get the Arso lynched without igniting and rolled on to victory. Now believe me when i tell you that i have no problem losing to Mafia or even NK when it is due to great plays on their part, but this was not that. Just horrid gameplay all around.

So I just played a ranked game as doctor.
Someone said "tp/lookout on me, I'm important", so I healed him. He wasn't attacked. In day 2, only jailor was dead, with no will. Then the important townie told us to vfr. Someone said "vfr is bad", but no one listened. We voted 1 up, and he claimed spy. There were like 3 ccs, but he was innoed. Then I told town to vote the guy who refused to vfr, but they voted me instead because I was #2. I claimed doc before and whispered to the guy who lead vfr asking for his role, since I usually suspect that players, especially if they don't claim. Next night, I heal someone who vfred. He wasn't attacked, but there were no deaths. Spies came up and said someone was visited, so we voted him up. He didn't even talk. Someone told us to inno because he had been visited by maf, but we lynched him. He was witch. I whispered to the "important townie" again asking for his role, but he said "what's yours" despite I had claimed d2.
I didn't want to heal the "important player" because I suspected him a lot, so I healed myself. I was attacked! No deaths again. I claimed self healed while spies outed me. I pointed out there were no ccs and I told town to vfr 11 (the "important townie"). They voted me up instead because someone said "Lynch #2". I posted will and pointed out there were no ccs. I knew I was going to die because if they were idiot enough to vote me up, they would lynch me anyway, but I was actually innoed, with a 7-1 vote. The day ended before we were able to lynch the guilty voter.
That night I decided to heal someone who had claimed transporter. He wasn't attacked. There were 2 dead players: the guy who guiltied me, who had been shot by a vigilante, and the unrevealed mayor who had been killed by the mafia. The guy who guiltied me was a spy... I tried to vfr 11 again, but I was ignored again and they voted another quiet person. She claimed vigi who was going to die from guilt, so we innoed her. Then, they finally listened to me and voted 11 up. He claimed vigi. Everyone pointed out he hadn't cced vigi, and I wanted to lynch him for not claiming and leading the town into vfring from list instead of sus people. We lynched him. He was vigilante. Before dying, he told us to lynch one of the spy claims, because he had accused another spy of lying. The next night I healed the transporter again, knowing that at this point town was going to lose and that I couldn't ask for a trans/doc combo because of the blackmailer reading whispers. Neither of us was attacked. That night, the vigi died from guilt, while maf killed the escort (no one had claimed rbed). She was the one who tried to inno the witch, and I was going to try to lynch her that day, so it was a bad kill for maf. I told town to lynch the doc claim, knowing that he wouldn't be lynched because evils had mayority. They lynched me instead, with a 4-2 vote. At this point town was doomed...
But the next night there were 4 dead players because the arso had ignited! And all of them were mafia!. It was down to a 2 vs 1 scenario. We had the transporter, who was confirmed because he had made the mafioso attack himself the night he was incinerated, the spy who claimed d2, and a nonclaimer. They talked about how arso deserved the win and how they would like to help him. But no one was voted up... They asked for the role of the nonclaimer, and he claimed bg .
No one died the next night. During the next day no one talked. But then they did the obvious thing: they lynched the obvious arso, the bg claim, and town won. What a comeback!
Spoiler: Actually not. For some reason the spy helped the arso to lynch the transporter. The trans didn't even claim, he just kept talking about how he could "force a draw". After that, the arso ignited the spy and had a solo win. WTF. That spy deserves to be permabanned because of that. Everyone was mad at him and reported him. It was so close...

I had this one earlier today and it amazed the room. It practically requires the stars to align, though.

Create a character named "Serial Killer."
- Play classic games until I get the Jester role assigned.
- Post a message prior to the first nightfall about how it's "such a wonderful day for a massacre."
- Get jailed on night 1 and claim lookout to the jailor.
- Actual serial killer targets the jailer on the first night.
- Town is now certain that I'm the serial killer and lynches me on the first day with a unanimous vote.

That town was really stupid, especially your target, who was scummy af and didn't claim until he was voted up. Also, at that point evils had mayority, so it was quite easy for you. The jailor was the dumbest player, he should have executed days ago. Also, it would have been great if you had claimed your target was disguiser and kept misslynching town, but gg anyway.
