For some reason, global announcements will say that they're in strategic discussion (I noticed this with the Halloween and Christmas events last year). My guess is that it's because strategic discussion is the subforum with the lowest id number.

It's a promo image for one of the DLC packs for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Although it's several months old since it doesn't have Steve, Sephiroth, and Pyra/Mythra on it
