As you likely know, there are two major platforms that the community's on – Reddit and the forums. (there's also discord but shh)

I've run a similar poll on the subreddit and wanted to ask the forum's opinion on the same question.

That's why all balanced modes have a guaranteed Jailor

It's unique so TK slots won't have as much swing with a guaranteed Jailor in the mix

1. Different Ranked Role List - 38 votes
• I will later poll Reddit requesting to know what they'd like to see out of a different Ranked role list.

2. More Roles - 37 votes
• I think that with how close we are to DRRL, it's worth pursuing both.

3. Role Reworks - 27 votes
• I need to poll better on this, but Survivor, Framer, and Medium were the choices for reworks in each faction.

4. Tactical Mafia Kills - 23 votes
• I think this is behind other options out of the virtue that we have more pressing matters, but TMK alone is necessary for the health of this game and the strength of the Mafia

5. Jailor Nerf - 12 votes
• I think that there's ways to do this and that people get tetchy when you mess with town power roles, which is total bullshit imo

6. Other options - 5 votes
• Added for the purpose of allowing people to vote "other"

The ranked rolelist is fine. I don't think it needs changing.

Jailor is fine as in most balanced gamemodes it's confirmed.

Since ToS is mainly based around deception, there shouldn't be any confirmed roles, unless the role's purpose is to specifically be confirmed, such as Innocent Child or Mayor. Can you enable re-voting and multiple choices?

I can't enable multiple choice as I'm trying to collect semi-accurate form data and Reddit doesn't allow multiple choice.

its only based around deception if youre evil... and even then, only until you have majority. If youre town its based around logic, POE and confirmation

I know that jailor is unbalanced, im just saying that more roles or TMK have a much higher priority that jailor nerf

i dont agree with simply "adding roles" outside of the coven dlc, an extension that gets barely any players, ever.

Some of the role recommendations are amazing, don't get me wrong, but i feel polishing the current roles is infinitely more important than bloating the game with more roles.

Ranked rolelist sucks so hard people started arranging queues for Coven Ranked in order to escape it.

There are some roles that I have read them on this forum on the Role List subforum. They sound cool and I would like to play them. Example:

I don't remember the name, but the idea was that you can leave the town, and at the end if town won you lose but if evils won you win. You had to do something before you were able to leave the town but I don't remember. Once you left, the game would tell everyone ,,We couldn't find John Proctor in his home last night", and you would be able to talk with the dead chat like you would be dead.

This is a thief idea, that has been posted recently, it sound cool but it needs some unique rewards based on every role they steal from.

Precisely. We've already got a mess of utterly useless or niche roles like framer, roles that are pretty overpowered unless their hard counter exists like Spy, roles that are pretty darn useless if certain circumstances arent met like Medium if players leave etc.

We absolutely don't need to add to this list by adding unnecessary roles that sound fun.
