If the criminal were to open the door, we could potentially reach D-4 by using all of our actions. But since the criminal has to use in action to open the door, he would end up on D-3. Since there are no runners at the moment, I think we would be pretty safe inside of D-3/D-4.
And we could probably search in those buildings as well.
We would probably be out of there before the next zombie phase, so we don't have to worry about the newly spawned zombies being too much of a problem.(they probably will still be a problem XD)
The only problem is the survivalist.
We would need a plan to protect him.
Of course maybe someone could scout out the streets to find a car, but unless the car is literally 1 sector away, we couldn't get the survivalist in it.

The first time the door of a building is opened, zombies are spawned in each of the rooms. (See Spawn Phase for details.)

Couldn't we just get out before the zombie phase when they all attack?

If we are not in the same area with them, they will "just" moving towards us.
The biggest problem is the survivalist now. (Without him, we could just go past the zombies)
We cant leave him here, and he cant move away...

It's fine, I never put it in the rules for some reason, so it's kinda expected. XD

I added it to the move action.
