I said it really early on in this game, I'm the combat medic guy that can temp heal wounds, currently stuck in the middle building trying the find a good weapon cause a brute is coming for me unless it got drawn out by you guys, still don't have anything because RNG drew me a walker so I only have my fire axe (also said that early on)

That's absolutely not how this works.

The game has already started, so the best you can do is be added to backups and hope someone needs a replacement.

And you do not get to pick your role or weapons in this game, they are given to you semi-randomly.
