Pass The Bomb[Round 4]

How to play:
One person is given the bomb at random at the beginning of each round
A number between 7 is 13 rolled, this is the Detonation Number
They must choose to give it to another person by declaring "I will give the bomb to ____" or similar
You cannot give the bomb to the person who gave you the bomb unless only 3 players remain
Every time the bomb moves, the Detonation Number is lowered by one
When the Detonation Number reaches zero, the person with the bomb explodes and is eliminated
The last 2 players left in the game are the winners
