I'm new to the Trial System and was interested in seeing if any decision has been made regarding a few reports I filed against other players recently. Is there any way I can do that?

there is no way for you to see exactly the reports you have filed. As the reporter is kept secret for everyone reviewing the report, its not going to be a feature either.
You can however use the Discord Bot "TrialBot" to check for each report that you are in. This would be the closest feature.
