Coven says I haven't bought it???

I bought Coven and mobile premium. When I switch over to Coven, it says I have to purchase Coven, then phone premium, but acknowledges that I already own both. I don't understand.

Make sure you are logged into the account you originally registered when downloading the game. That account is linked to your phone's store account and that account is the one getting the premium and Coven.
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.
