Custom Role List Full??

I was in a game of Coven Custom with a few friends, chatting and having fun. We tried to suggest to the host how to fix the role list he had, and they left with the role list full. When it happened, I became ththe host, and had no roles in the list. However, I wasn't able to add roles, as the game thought the list was still full. So we had to leave the lobby and completely rejoin. I do have a screenshot of the incident, and I will be happy to provide it if necessary. I don't know if it is a one off occurence or not, but it's still annoying.
