When I play ranked and win I get season rating points, but when I log out and later log in again, my season rating goes back to 1. Basically I can't rank up. Is there a way to save my ranked points before loggin out? Thanks in advance!

Are you still in your first 10 placement games? If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling.

I've been playing ranked for a while now, when this happened it was long after the first 10 ranked placement games... I uninstalled, installed again, changed to web, tried to play on mobile again (uninstalling/installing a couple of times) and it still resets my ranked season rating to 1 when I log out, in the end it's a bit frustating because all the points end up nowhere and I would like to rank up some day
