app closing itself w/o warning

Why does this seem to happen so much on mobile? The app just closes without warning and when you go back it restarts. I've lost over 300 ranked elo overall due to this bug. This basically makes mobile unplayable.

Either did the client ran into an error and thus crashed, or your phone closed it possibly doe to heating up or similar.
May I know which device and OS you are using to access the mobile client?

Sorry for the late response.

I use iPad mini 3 running on iOS 12.4.7.

I also just crashed two games in a row. You might wanna consider making it so mobile players don’t lose the extra leaving elo because theism is just stupid now,
