According to what I've noticed is this the case because somehow your phones IP is blocked by CloudFlare.
Would you mind messaging me your phone's IP-address so we could check back?
On the other hand could you use a VPN on your phone to change your outgoing IP-Address to be able to access the game. I apologize for the dismay.

And why is my ip blocked??? I didnt even play ECER this game on my new phone. How is this possible ??

This is a question that I cannot answer you, as I have no insight in both the activities that were done with that IP Address and how the CloudFlare algorhythm works.
