Drac palace bugging

I have been in 2 games where Vampires cannot bite and add to their numbers. Once the youngest vampire has been killed it is not listing another youngest and every time the vampires try to bite someone nothing happens, no doc heals or defense, just nothing happens. Vamps just stagnate after youngest dies.
