In order to be successful, you need to instantly kill your target without giving them a chance to retaliate (something that can end your game instantly). If you don't, you've already lost dearly. If you get attacked and scratched, your the prime suspect. If that person screams and another person walks in, it's over for you. If your quarry get's away, you're done. If by chance you did manage to murder without any complications, there are roles specifically designed around you and to hunt you down or hamper your ability to murder.
It's much easier in VLDR to, rather than hunt a silently kill players, to simply wait for the correct situation where you can be allowed to murder.
Please, I beg thee. No cleaver, axe, or any other iconic weaponry that indicates exactly what your role is. When Mela said "I think I know what you are" that majorly sucked.
