Zero Escape: VLDR - Echoes of The Past [Game 0ver]

Rules:

1) The first and most important rule is to respect the other players. We will not tolerate disrespect and will evict anyone that does not follow this rule. Play nice.

2) In order to win the game, you must generally escape through the Number 12 Door but you may have secondary objects to complete first or you may not need to escape at all.

3) This game has roles and as such, you are not allowed to directly disclose the abilities of your role to anyone in this game plainly. You may reveal abilities and such but only through flavor. Direct PM quoting of either Moderator is not allowed.

4) There are 5 phases of this game:

- The Puzzle phase, filled with riddles, anagrams, ciphers and all kinds of generally mind racking games.

- The Roaming Phase, here people meet up and talk and just well roam around. Move and talk to people in your room by pming.

- The Investigation Phase, if someone has died this is the phase in-which you search for clues and try and find the killer.

- The Discussion Phase, people may chat in the main thread, however are confined to one room. Used as a buffer mostly.

- The Ambidex Game! You and your partner, if you have one, enter a booth, you secretly choose to ally or betray the person you are paired with. You may discuss this privately through pms sent to moderater and your partner, again if you have one. Points are then added or subtracted accordingly, points are not split between partners. No posting during this time.

4b) During any phase you may private message the moderators with actions, these allow you to do things without other's knowing, and if no one can post, serve as your way to navigate the building and comunicate with people in the same room.

5) Keep in mind that this is, if anything, a Kappa test of this game.

6) We, the hosts, will lie to you unless our text is italics, in which case it is what you are experiencing personally, or is actually happening.

7) Do not use meta information such as the times and dates PMs are received or information from the other group game as you have no way of being able to know this information as the role. Remember to roleplay that aspect of the game.

8) Remember to have fun! Because that's the point of the game, you know.

Character Descriptions

Spoiler: Metrion - An unaturally calm man, eyes cold and piercing. Looks to be in their mid-30s, given further credit by their posture and demeaner that suggest a dignified or maybe royal past, every movement having purpose. His swept back grey hair reaches down to just above his shoulders, and his stoney face is cleanly shaven. He wears a rugged leather overcoat, underneath a vest, with a dress shirt and pants.

danijumps - A young girl in her early teens with long, curly red hair and big, sad green eyes. She is wearing a loose blue dress with short black leggings that hide her tiny frame.

Arcthurus - The new Grandpa 2028! A realistic being looking to be 70-80 years old sporting a sweet turtleneck that says "COMPLEX MOTIVES" across the front and some sick sunglasses! Mind hacking not included.

SirCakez - An older man who had clearly experienced some things he'd rather forget. Grizzled brown hair with shades of gray, dark brown eyes, and muscular. He appears to be ready for anything and everything.

Arckas - A young man with light blonde hair and a constant smile on his face. He gives off the air of being aloof and evasive. He tucks in his light brown shirt into his blue pants and uses a belt fitted. He wears black work boots and has a lightweight open hoodie that is black on the outside, ambiguous black and white patterns on the inside.

Swordsworth - A lanky and average-height young man of black hair and a twinkle in his eye. He seems relaxed, taking note of things as they happen. He wears a very dark blue button up shirt and flowing, formal-type black pants. Nondescript soft black shoes encase his feet, and draped over his shoulder is a simple white and blue slanted velvet coat.

Sarah Thorpe - A scrawny early 20's gal who looks as if she hasn't slept in days with tiredness in her hazel eyes, wildly disheveled black hair and a strange dorito like smell. She has developed a compulsive tendency to lie and take under the assumption that nothing can harm her, never actually giving any truthful details about herself to anyone.

Schultz128 - A bald, black man in his late 30s. Stands at 5'8", weighing over 200 lbs, and sports a defined muscular build, along with a black mustache. Black polo shirt, tucked into brown khakis. He has a keen instinct that is able to pinpoint trouble. He knows precisely where it exists and can see the dark side of people, even if they didn't know about it. Foul mouthed, stern, and strict, he comes off as a complete jackass. But his heart is in the right place, despite his personality.

ChubbyMooshroom9 - ???

TrueGent - A man that has short brown hair, in his early 30s, although he could easily be mistaken for over 40 with the amount of wrinkles hes accumulated and his seemingly permanent frown. He has a large figure, giving him an intimidating vibe. He's wearing a beige overcoat, a brown shirt and black cargo trousers.

IAmAMunchlax - A man with white medium hair and is very pale overall, despite this he is only in his early 20's. The only other distinctive thing about him is his black scarf around his neck. Other than this he seems like any young man would, coupled with blue jeans, white t-shirt and a denim jacket.

You awaken and as you try to stand you feel a sharp headache that slowly subsides. As you stand, you realize there appears to be eleven other people in the exact same state as yourself.

You glance around and see what looks like the entrance hall of a museum. You don't recall how or why you are here, but you feel a chill run down your spine. Something is quite clearly wrong.

In the center of the hall stands a large statue of a man you do not recognize. Off to the sides are what you would expect in a museum: a security booth and a booth for audio tours. Behind the statue is a large globe and next to it another booth labeled "Admissions".

Off on the far end of the hall is what appears to be a gate. Directly behind you are the entrance doors that seem large and grandiose.

The gate has a small not or and a scanner directly beneath it. The monitor reads "Scan ticket to eneter"

The doors behind you are all locked tight. There does not seem to be any light entering through them either. All light seems to be artifical and coming from the large lights on the ceiling.

As the others approach their respective points of interest, a large loudspeaker crackles. One word is heard amongst the static, "Halt."
