How can you say the outside world's not going to help us and then say they'll bomb us to hell? Are they actually going to bother with us, positively or negatively, or ignore us?

It's a secret organisation. If they have the resources to deal with us, they're going to be dealing with the rich and powerful org that has members literally in this area, right now. If they don't, then we just spread panic and accomplish nothing but make things worse. And I dunno about you, but pointlessly making life worse isn't the sort of thing I like to punch off on.

I have a hard time telling the difference between the military channels, honestly.

Contacting any one of these groups may pose problematic for some of us. After all, Johnson did say we had members from the factions among us. They aren’t exactly the friendliest to their rival groups.

I'm in Joan's camp here. No point denying ourselves information and our only point of contact with the outside.

This console not only gives us information but gives us the possibility to influence the outside world. Whether that's good or bad is up to you.

Well, go off, but I still don't really support it. What we'll end up doing with the radio doesn't warrant what you believe the consequences are.

I think that's irrelevant, quite frankly. If this org is all that it's cracked up to be, then giving away the location is just dangerous. Even if there were sympathisers... well. You don't just leave such a thing sitting around - you deal with it.

There's no reason that they wouldn't bomb us to smithereens. It's just a tactical consideration on their part. It's like leaving a nuclear bomb alone. Sure, maybe it won't go off, but no one wants to take that chance. If they can, they're absolutely going to deal with it. If they can't, then they're going to lose their fucking minds. Even if they're only half as powerful as they pretend, that's still a pretty big fucking deal!

YPR is the closest, they're our best shot right now.

And they’re dealing with looting, violence, and mania. Congrats, a secret and malevolent organization is right by. How does that not make things so much worse for them?

Hmm. None of these sound appealing.

Our safest bet is WPR. They seem the most benign out of all of the ones we've mentioned. YPR might also be good for getting focused help.

Let's go YPR. First let me just tune see where this broadcast goes... CLNAWS seems to be against WSMR.

Then what would you propose? Everything is fucked right now, man.

Well then.

It would appear WSMR is about to attack CLNAW unless we do something about it.

Do we know what those groups are? Who knows if it’s justified. I don’t know if it’s time to be worrying about them.

We do nothing. That way we're not dragging anyone else down. Stick and vote for the CFC, and we all just bail out. We're not making things worse, we're not inciting panic, and we're not putting ourselves in danger. If we all form that coalition or whatever, we're golden.

Let's first learn what each group is, after that we can make a much more educated decision. Keep an ear out for them.

Does it matter which group is which? They're all trying to kill each other, and a civil war is bloody enough without playing god.

We are able to save lives, good or bad, as well as at least have a degree of control over the situation. I think it would be very fucking good if we know who is who.

I vote we try and establish a method of agreement. We're all Americans here, so our opinions being diverse is by design. Let's hold a vote. I vote nay on action.

This is the military. That's the exact opposite of their job. We're not saving lives, we'd be killing them. And I might not care, but it's pretty clear some people here do. You side with someone, you're making this coalition or whatever more difficult to succeed so we can all leave. And you're gonna leave people bereaved - kids without fathers, husbands without wives, that sort of shit.

That's a big enough quantity of death that I don't want to stomach it.
