Unity: 2 Points for everyone. Everyone gets a choice between 10 dollars or 2 vouchers.
Almost Unity: 4 points and a token to the traitors. The victims lose a point.
Conflict: 2 points and a token to the traitors. Everyone else gets a IOU. Victims lose a point.
Fighting: Traitors get a point and a single token. Failed parties lose two points, but get a IOU.
Rioting; Everyone loses a point except the traitors, who get a token. Failed parties lose an additional point.
Chaos: Everyone loses all currency on hand except for tokens. Everyone loses a point. The Losing partys lose an additional point.
Civil war: Everyone loses all forms of currency except tokens. Finally, everyone hands over all items in their possession except for one. Everyone has 1 point.
