There are some years in which nothing happens, and hours in which everything happens.

An explosion rocks the facility, a terrifying sound to hear, banging in your head. The sound of the ringing fills your ears for a minute, the horrific burning of your drums, the warning sirens as more chaos descends around yourselves.

What had happened? Why?

Those looked up at the ceiling, the screens, watching things turn back on to call for evacuation, showing flight plans, real time data filling the screens. Some people fell - some people ran. A scream was let out. There was some reluctant finality to it - a note that things had hit rock bottom, at least.

What's twelve more corpses to a graveyard?

The screens fill up - and it takes a moment, but Hawk notes something.

'12 hours before collision with Titan', an image on a screen in the plaza everyone retreated too, to make sure everyone lived... and that the X-Pass door remained unopened. It seems the explosion knocked the facility out of stable orbit - quite significantly, in fact.

What would they do now?

When you all were in the plaza, before the lights went out, did anything pop up on the screens? Leontiy said he would livestream himself to prove he's actually alive. Now, of course he's not, but that's not exactly the point here.
