Actually that sounds good. The Lore behind it could actually make since too

polypies that is a good idea, but it can screw up WW sometimes. Maybe if the WW Overhaul is put into play it will be better for WW.


Why do I have to be mafia! :(

Also yes, this may screw up ww but that’s alos like hwo esc,cons work. This is just another reason why the buff for ww needs to be put into play, where he erases the esc/cons will if he get rb’d. It could be te same for teh coward maybe.

I thikn a samll drawback after killign a tonie is fai, as it will teach newer players to not hide every night just to save himself, an also will help stop gamethrowers.

i thikn once he ills two tonies. He cannot use his ability anymore maybe?

It's a weaker veteran. They're both esstentially baiting scum into visiting/attacking themselves, but vet can also kill scums that can't kill.

I disagree.

The Coward can turn target people that don't visit him. While the Veteran can only choose to stay home and alert. Hoping that the Evils will come running into the countless shotgun traps in his yard.

this role is offensively weaker then veteran i agree but defensively it way stronger

this will allow it be a leader for town and not fear death vet only has three alerts this does not

this is good role cause it can be way more vocal then a normal town role

this role cant prove itself unlike vet but evil will know its coward after the first time and know they have to hang him to kill him it will be very interesting mechanic i think this is the first undying town member who is a balanced because someone else still has to die in the cowards place he doesnt absorb attacks so its fair

Also the fact that this isn't as much of a town killing as it is as a town support role

it's a one way transporter with the aspects of veteran, idk i'm on the fence about this one

It barely fits Town Killing, yes but it does not fit Town support like at all.

One way transporter - transports all visits to another player. Can die.
Coward - transports all attacks to another player. Can't die (if hiding behind a player)

Veteran - kills all visits and attackers
Coward - kills whoever they want if they get attacked.

Also i find it funny cuz i had an idea for a role similar to this, but your idea unlike mine actually fits in with the whole "dodge a bullet" mechanic

this roles biggest strength is its unkillablity not it ability to kill

it basicly being immortal may sound OP but it isn't since someone always has to die in your place

since this does not die it can be very vocal during the day and lead town
this sorta like a mini mayor

i like this role alot

Both it's inability to die and the ability to kill are very important and powerful (if in the right hands) for this role and are technically connected one another.

Question to all:

Should this role be unique? And if so, why?

I think the limit should be that there can only be 2 Cowards. This can be broken by Amne but I feel like it should be only 2 cowards.
Also I just realized that in coven if the CL witches the Coward into Medusa with the Necronomicon Medusa will die.

It's a ToS like game but set in a camp.

Also this role does not need to be unique, although proba need a penalty for killing too many townies.

What Polypines said, since the second coward was not directly attacked. But it doesn't matter cause I am making it unique. 2 or more cowards means 2 or more townies that cannot be killed at night which is not good.

Also a few other changes:
- Added coven interactions
- Added TP interactions

Thoughts?

Okay, I've decided not to give it a penalty for killing town, cause;

- in my opinion it would make it UP
- there actually is a penalty - killing important townies without realising it.
- They don't really kill anyone, cause like vigilante gets a penalty for killing town, it's another player that will get killed at night (for example there will be 2 kills, one by vigilante and one by mafia), with coward there will still be only 1 kill - by mafia.

Yeah I think it would become unbalanced because, Mafioso, SK and CL would have doubled KPN (will kill 2 players instead of 1). Unless you meant that only the coward dies, then I think that'll make the coward like an escort who dies when "rb" but with all killing roles, and that's not it's purpose, if that makes sense xd.
