I like this role a lot, well thought up! I also love the second backstory, it was very touching. I've tried to think of a role that allows for communication between two people before and this is basically what I had in mind. I have a few thoughts though.

1. I think it might be nice if the Psychic can listen in to what's being said. That way it creates a sort of censor to prevent two evils from exchanging strategy. Maybe she could also participate in the talk herself. If not then she might cause more harm then good.

2. Her ability could be made similar to that of the Jailor's communication. She would be anonymous but she would know who the other person is and she can interrogate them the same way the Jailor does. So instead of establishing communication between two people, she can facilitate it between herself and someone else. Or this could be what happens when she targets herself and someone else instead of two strangers.

Town has a factional win condition. Any town roles that have conditions that stray from lynching every criminal and evildoer are bad.

Any roles that have to kill amnes, jesters, and exe's are also bad.

Yeah. Why after all this time is it not explained in the OP?
You'd think with so many backers, you'd include ALL information about the role in the OP.

Also, why is a Witch with a town that loathes witches? *facepalm so hard*

(Also, the double yes seems like a lame tactic)
