Testing Grounds schedule for September

This is where you find information on what we're going to be doing for this month, what role ideas we're testing, time and dates we're testing, who's hosting, etc. Here, I will also be posting announcements related to this month's tests. In this monthly thread, you may discuss things such as feedback on previous tests(not ongoing tests...), "/join (date)", hype, almost anything really. Just don't break the forum rules...or the server...

Also make sure to subscribe to TG if you want notifications on upcoming tests. Just PM ALL members of the Department of Hosting with the subject "TG Subscription" and I will add you to the list of subscribers. If you would like to unsubscribe, then use the same subject but add "(Unsubscribe)" to the subject and I will remove you from the list.

Announcements:

• 31.08.2016: We are currently discussing who will be the new moderator of this forum, as Kiyosen appears to have stepped down.
• 04.09.2016: Ralozey joined the TG Staff as additional host on weekdays (Wednesday)
• 12.06.2016 Jerme was promoted to a GMod
• 13.09.2016: Lexiam and Kirize became TG moderators
• 21:09.2016: Wolviller111 (Known as "JailorSwift" on TG) joined as another host for Thursday

Note that the schedule is always subject to change so check regularly.

I am staff in hosting, not in the council. THe council is known to be slow, as I have sent in my suggestions a couple of month before (where I was not a member of the TG staff) and haven't received an answer as well. Be patient is all I can tell you.

Need more participants for a game on the Testing Grounds, right now we have 4/5 people. We are testing disguiser buff right now and need more people to make it a fair and balanced game. Please join if you can!

I'm fine with the 2:30 times on Fridays and weekends.
But on weekdays? I'd say almost everyone who joins TG games is still in school. My school gets out at 3:05 EST.

The scheduled time is the starting time
The test normally last 4 hours.
This is because for some of the mods and players (including me) its already late in the evening...
If most of our players disagree with this tho we will be open for changes..

Then couldn't the hosts from Europe just do weekend tests, so it doesn't mess with anyone else's schedule, and everyone can join, not just people who live in Europe or aren't in school?

I know. That's why I suggested the European hosts host on weekends at 2:30.
If they do that then it will be afternoon for them, but early afternoon for us.
Everyone will have a chance to join.
Then American hosts can host on weekdays, at around 4 EST. So it will just be late afternoon for Euros and Middle afternoon for Americans.

any chance of getting some tests hosted on Sunday or Monday next month? Those are the only days that I can be on-line at 2:30pm EST
