I'm hoping COVID will stop being a problem without me personally ever having to take the vaccine.

It looks like there's no option in the poll for "COVID is real but I'm not gonna take the vaccine at all". People who mean that are probably splitting their votes between options 1 and 3.

Why wouldn't we have a choice?

Why would this whole disaster even involve me? The media gets all into a tizzy about some disaster every few years, but near as I can tell these things never affect me personally. I'll just keep to myself and let it blow over.

Hmm... cancer is not contagious in the slightest, is sometimes "benign" meaning it isn't likely to harm you and can be safely ignored, and it has no immunization, but it does have a treatment regimen so destructive that people will sometimes choose to die of cancer rather than endure treatment.

So... similarity: one out of three?
