Fortunately, Unfortunately

For smaller, less serious games.

Fortunately, Unfortunately

Postby realmaster42 » Wed Jan 18, 2017 1:37 pm

This is a game where the OP (me) begins with an action the character (you) wants to take, while OP begins with unfortunately.
Then, the players must continue doing fortunately something and unfortunately something, over and over again, as long as you can!

Hall of Fame
Spoiler: No one is on the HoF. Amazing.
Let's wait until somebody brings in cool reactions.

Hall of Shame
Spoiler: No one :D

Example:
realmaster42 wrote:(...) You want to go to the Effiel tower, but you are in spain.

realmaster42 wrote:Fortunately, you have an airport near you.

Player1 wrote:Unfortunately, you don't have enough money in your wallet to buy a ticket.

Player2 wrote:Fortunately, you have a bank filled with 1000 euros, enough to go buy a ticket.

Rules are simple: Keep track of where other players are, don't end the story or the time-line by any means, don't double-post and don't change the story's time-line! (Changing story time-line is something like "You wake up", "You get teleported to a new dimension" (...))
Good luck!

Story:
You are in an elevator, but you suddently got trapped.

Fortunately, there's a battery recharger in the elevator, where you plug in to your phone.

Fortunately, he always carries a crowbar in his briefcase and got it past security, so he can try to pry the doors open.
