Game freezes randomly

I don't know what the initial cause of this is, but sometimes the game will randomly freeze on me, and when I leave, I get "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."

Someone reported me once for leaving and it was when this issue happened too, so I got banned for a day. My internet is working perfectly fine, and I don't switch to any other tabs when playing.

It feels bad when I can't even apologize to my teammates for leaving because that's what happened
