Mafia Bug V2

Following my last bug report where I would get mafia in every game I went into, I decided to test this theory by putting on 3 town scorlls, and long behold I still got a mafia role every time. I am certain this is beyond bad luck and something is wrong now where it constantly gives players an evil role
