Arso bugged?!

So I was in a game, arso ignited and got 3 kills.

Left alive were GF, Witch, Arso and BG.

GF attacked BG, witch controlled BG into Arso.
Keep in mind, Arso has just ignited and had 0 doused targets.
Then both BG and GF died to arso. the question is how?
If bg visited arso he got doused, I get that, but how did GF visiting BG get doused and ignited on the same night?

The Godfather may have attacked the Arsonist on the same night as their first ignite. An Arsonist's ignite will sometimes happen before subsequent visits that night, which could mean that the Arsonist ignited and was then visited by the Godfather.. This would mean the Godfather would be doused the night before the second ignite.
