Suspension Appeal - Fanofleeds

I am appealing my suspension for leaving games. I examined the TrialBot list of reports and discovered I was deemed guilty of leaving a game for saying, "save it bro." I am not sure how that was an admission of guilt. My internet is sometimes unstable and I have no way to reconnect to games if I disconnect. It happened again today which is when the suspension went into place. I am not sure if you can see the game I played today, but if you can, I was ambusher and the game froze and when I typed into chat it told me the connection was aborted and I was logged out. It feels unfair to be punished for something out of your control; especially when other games like League of Legends allow you to reconnect if you disconnect. Since it's a first offense, I am hoping you can be lenient and grant me a pardon.
