I haven't played this game in over 2 years. How am I banned for 24h when I never played it since forever?

Greetings,
suspensions start when the punished account logs into the game the next time after it got issued. This way we make sure that the account-owner is informed about their punishment.
That being said may only invalid, non archived reports be appealed.
