My ban says I was permabanned for hate speech/harassment, but I really do not think I've said anything offensive enough to warrant a ban, nor have I harassed anyone. Would like this appealed, I like this game a lot and have spent a lot of money on skins and other stuff.

please note that your deathnote on d3 was seen as quite racist and a perm ban based on that appropriate.

I don't really get how it was seen as racist. I certainly didn't intend for it to be. As I said in ingame chat, it's a dumb injoke between me and an irl friend.

Please note that not every "joke" is perceived as one online, especially when it warrants certain knowledge that not everyone possesses.

Well I think it's a little unfair for me to get perma banned over something that wasn't intended as racist and was only perceived as racist by one person who misinterpreted it

Hey, it's been a week and I'd like some kind of verdict on my ban. I really feel like this is unfair and I didn't do anything wrong. Just a death note taken out of context by someone who didn't have the necessary context for the joke being made.

Report is valid and valid bans cannot be appealed.
