So the game told me that my account got banned for using an inappropiate Username in Game?

I usually use the Name "Ashnikko" or names from Star Wars characters.

The only time I might have use an inapropiate name was yesterday where I used "P*domoon" as a name. Yes, it has the P-word in it and I understand that it might be offending other players.
But I wasn't glorifying any crimes against children, neither did I make any jokes about it in the chat. I thought about the moon-emoji, the "Lenny-Face" while using this name.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone by my actions and I promise, I wont use this name ever again. I understand that this is no joke.

I totally get that but it was the only time I used this name and got reported which is fair, yes.

Still, it feels a little extreme since I got no other reports (only one for spamming which is too old to read the logs). I also was never suspended. An instant ban seems like an unfair punishment. Besides, I didn't offend anyone in the chat or made jokes about it. I even told the person who reported me that it's meant to be an emoji (while he insulted me) Again, I apologise for using this name and I would be fine with a suspension.

Is there any chance that the ban might get undone?

There are rulebreaks (racism, homophobia, antisemitism, pedophilia, etc.) that may warrant a permanent ban on itself, thus it does not really matter, if you used it only once, or this being your only punished rulebreak, I apologize.
