I was banned for leaving the game because I named myself afk. And I wasn't even afk. I also got banned because my friend was edgy and decided to use a racial slur using my account.

You got suspended for leaving, because you claimed to be going AFK and then left the match. That's admission, plain and simple.

Well technically the account wasn't shared he was using my pc while I was busy with something else.

As for the account sharing: If they are on YOUR account, you are sharing your account with someone else. Regardless of this, YOU are still the one responsible for what happens on your account.

As for the "afk" report: You left before the game even started, so no, you didn't leave after you died.
