Wrongful Ban

Hello, I was IP banned on the free to play version because of "game throwing." If you've ever played on mobile you know how easy it is to disconnect or lag out from the server and that's what happened. It was me as a GF and a BMER (reporter) and we had the game in the bag, although I tabbed out of the game when someone messaged me(while I was writing my will, accidentally) and if you tab out you cannot rejoin. I believe I shouldn't be entirely IP banned because of a misclick and a mobile bug. It's been nearly a week since I've been banned from mobile and can't play anymore.

IP restriction means someone used an IP in your IP-range to troll and get banned. IP restrictions last up to a maximum of 7 days depending on the status of the troll (suspended or banned). You can circumvent it by purchasing premium, or otherwise just wait it out.

This has nothing to do with your own reports.
