I was reported for cheating on December 8th and just logged in today to find I was suspended. Here is the report in question:

I am a member of a gaming clan and we have 'game nights' where we get together on Discord and play a game, in this case, ToS. We have a strict policy of no cheating, so we do not share any information that would give an advantage in game play in games such as this.

The only information I received and shared in dead chat provided no advantage even if mentioned to a medium and passed to those still alive. The player called the jailor an idiot and moron for killing them and I responded with why. They provided no proof on who they were other than a one-entry will and only said 'sup' and asked for their name. We all thought it was kind of ridiculous of the player and I called him out on it.

Additionally, why was I not actually suspended until today, January 25th, if the report is from December 8th?
