appealing a suspension of which i dont know the cause

I am unsure as to when I was suspended, but it was put into action today.

I cannot recall a time when I threw a game (the reason for my suspension) so I am appealing to remove the suspension.
It is only a 24 hr suspension so I am not too worried, but I would like to play today so I will try.
If I need to go into further depth please let me know, but as I said I don't know when or why I was reported so I don't think I'll be of much help.
