At the moment, I'm too tired and lazy to write out another 400 page long appeal that'll take you a week to read. So, before I do that, I'd just like to point out the fact that I have received a permanent ban despite this being only my third guilty report. If this was an accident, fine, fair enough, just please fix it. If this is because of all of my exceptions, just let me know, and I'll be happy to create another wall of text explaining why a number of those exceptions cannot reasonably be held against me.
As for the newest report itself, it's incredibly mundane. All I do is claim sheriff d2 as medium, say that the player in question (who is no stranger to throwing and reghunting somebody himself) is sus, and when he claims, I IMMEDIATELY admit that I'm not sheriff, and I explain that I just wanted him to claim after the last game. I could go into way more detail about why an offense as minuscule as this one does not warrant ANY suspension, much less a permanent ban, but as stated previously, I don't feel like doing that right now.
So, why don't you just save us ALL some time, and flip it now.
