I apologize for any actions that lead to my ban. I have spent money on this game and enjoy playing. If denied account restoration then i request a full refund to all purchases. Thank you.

I have been patient but this is getting a bit ridiculous, i have noticed the mod PrincessDespair has responded to other threads yet have completely ignored mine. Can i please get an answer since i had made purchases and wouldn't want them to go to waste

If a Mod doesn't reply, it means we have nothing to add.

You will have to wait for an Admin to respond, which can take anywhere between a couple days and a couple months.

Do keep in mind that only invalid bans can be appealed and yours seems valid to me.

But i have spent money on this game and have received no suspensions nor warnings entailing any wrongdoing. I feel i deserve to have my account restored. If that isnt an option, then please refund me my money as i am unable to access my purchased items.

This isn't a great show of customer service, i have spent hard earned money on this game and my infractions are quite minimal, please grant me either account restoration or full refunds for my purchases. If you do not want my participation in your service, i will gladly take my money back, itherwise please restore my account so i may use my purchased skins and related.

Your own ToS state that wrongdoings are met with a suspension then repeated infractions after said suspension is give a ban. I have never received a suspension and my infractions are quite minimal thus i feel this is an invalid ban. Any other verdict is unjust and would be proof of an anti-consumer product

Please keep in mind that appealing is a privilege and not a right. Like Flavorable said, if the judges and mods have nothing to add, then you'll have to wait for a response from an admin.

Also keep in mind that refunds are not given, especially if the account in question broke the terms of service. In the terms of service it also states that BMG has the right to remove you from your account for absolutely no reason at all, so even if you don't agree that the ban is valid (it is) BMG still is not in the wrong in this case.

Also I wouldn't count racism as a minimal infraction. Racism is generally met with a permanent ban.

Perhaps, but where is the racism, my "ban" is due to sexual remarks and alleged sexism. Therefore my ban is invalid and request immediate restoration. Anything less is unjust and Trump-level facism

You were banned for this name you used in game (as seen in the linked IGN report), which is in fact racism and not sexual remarks/alleged sexism like you said.

This name is worth a permanent ban on its own.
