Suspension for cheating

I just tried to log into my TOS and I recieved a popup that I was suspended 3 days for cheating, yet I'm unaware of any cheating I may of have done. Please help

The suspension reason of "Cheating" is rather vast. It could range to outside communication/influence over to using a different language than the selected locale.

Wanting to bribe someone in order for them to do as you wisxh does look quite like cheating to me. The given report is perfectly valid and thus not appealable.
