Strike Appeal

Hi,

I was recently suspended for harassment. If I recall correctly, all of my guilty reports, including this one, were justified. I am not here to contest any of the 3 guilty reports.

The problem is, I somehow have 4 strikes, despite having 3 guilty reports, which led to my account being permanently banned.

Could you let me know how/why I have a 4th strike, and if it was added to my account accidentally, could you remove it please.
