Hello, I just got a message saying I was banned for hate speech/harassment. I'm really sorry about this, it will not happen again. I will gladly take a temporary ban, but I was under the impression that first time bans were not automatically permanent. I love this game and play it all the time and have spent some money on it as well. I've never been banned before so I'm kind of shocked that the ban is permanent. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would also like to say that in this report I was not the only one making these types of remarks, I was joking around with the rest of the lobby, we were all just playing along. I would never say those things in a serious manner to anybody.

The fact that you're asking for explicit pictures and telling people to be "good little boys" is pedophilic in nature and extremely inappropriate. This is a 13 and up game, so this is absolutely not tolerated, regardless of whether or not others ingame were being inappropriate as well.
