greetings.
i've been playing town of salem for 4 years or more and i just purchased a lot of stuff yesterday. but today i couldnt log in. it says that my account has banned because of hate speech. i cannot remember saying something racist or bad, also there was no warnings about getting banned. what i mean ismy account got perm banned without a suspension, can you please tell me what is wrong with my situation? my username is Tahno. and if it is possible, can you turn this perm ban into a suspension? even that would be great because i want to keep playing this game. thanks.

ah, yes now i remember this game. i was playing with a group of friends at that day and one of them wanted to write a death note, i didn't look at the note until the end of that night and i was mad at it too. i forgot to change it because i was arguing with that friend who wrote it. i can't say that i never say bad things irl and in game, but as i said im gay too and i could never write something like this myself.

i claim that it was my friend who wrote is, but i can understand the reports because that note belonged to my account, the reporter and the report is completely right. i thought i got banned for something "i" said.

also as i said before, there was no warnings or a suspension. can an admin give me a warning and a long suspension instead of a perm ban? because i feel like i wasted my money and more importantly my time on this game.

i understand the reasons but i never got a warning or a suspension. please reconsider suspensing my account even for a long time, i don't wanna lose a 4 yrs old account because i spent a lot of time in this game, i have in game friends and of course i spent money for a better experience. i cannot say that i dont deserve a penalty but i think perm banning a player like me for the first report is not fair. i would love to regain my account back so as i said before, please reconsider another penalty. that's all i have to say
