This is my guiltied report https://www.blankmediagames.com/Trial/v ... id=3731299 I explicitly told jailor he would be losing a town, the person who filed report was the jailor and clearly had it out for me if u check the whispers.

I explained that the vfr was just based on an upset jailor, I also stated that they are losing a town. I posted the rules in jailor chat to explain my position. the rules for trials explicitly state :

"While on stand or in jail, making it clear there is intent not to defend oneself. This does not include:
Simply not defending oneself.
Not saying anything.
Not claiming a role.
Not posting a will.
"

I do not have to claim but did explain that I was town and that the jailor was being salty, I did not gamehtrow and say i was mafia when i wasnt or claim a role I couldnt have been or pretend that a town was mafia and disrupt the game. I simply didn't claim, which is EXPLICITLY in the trials rules as NOT included as a gamethrowing reason.

If you care as to why I dont claim? It's because I get guiltied when an exe finds me n1, I get guiltied as only vet claim with vet kills, I get guiltied as a LO with 3 visits confirmed in will. Town don't listen to claims anyway and if i get on stand after sheriff finds me sus night 1 I hear "its 1f1" and they give exe win. I want town to use the tools they have, the invests, the rb's etc. Everything at their disposal and not just vfr.

No rule was broken, I dont have to claim, I do the job role I am given, if im BG i BG, if im sheriff I tell jailor who to execute or hang just dont say role. This is not against rules
