No Pirate Win?

If a Pirate successfully plunders 2 people and dies, he should win right? I was in a game that the Pirate successfully did so, and it ended with a draw, as the last 2 players were Vigilante and Mafioso and they shot each other. The game ended and declared it a draw and not a Pirate win. I feel this should be a Pirate win, similar to how Jester win would appear in this situation if the Jester had been hung.
Favorite roles: Jester, Transporter, Medium, Jailor, Investigator, Consigliere

Least Favorite roles: Framer, Disguiser, Lookout, Werewolf, Doctor

Ever played russian roulette? How about russian roulette with a jester?

The Pirate should win this situation.
There could be a small issue in the draw.

Might it also be the same bug that is/was there for other roles in a stalemate situation where it does show "Draw" on the screen, but in the end-game lobby for (in this case) the Pirate, it does show as a win?

It clear that the draw has the issue that it says that the game has ended in a draw in the chat, but might display an other victory banner. This results in confusion of having lsot despite the game saying draw.

This was reported as a bug. The Pirate should win but they don't.

Thanks. I didn't initially report it as a bug because I was not 100% sure if it was indeed a bug.
