Why is there a time out for 4 and a 1/2 minutes loads of people hate it

is there a way where you can make it shorter like a minute and 30 seconds or take it off all together of the game

It's in place to prevent leavers.
You shouldn't be leaving the game in the first place.

Loads of people don't like the 5 minute waiting.... But loads of people also don't like people who quit the game, which is against the rules and affects the game for those still playing. Five minutes is really short of a punishment.

The 5 min waiting period seems to be doing its job. Preventing people from leaving early due to not liking their roles. The role picker is completely at random. People are going to get roles they don't like. It's part of the game.

And then they should wait the penalty because that's the punishment for breaking that rule.

And random aside, making three threads over the course of a few days is not gonna change anything. You're just going to keep getting the same answers.

Also, it seems that others have a lot different opinion then you do, OP:

And frankly, I agree with them more then I agree with you. Then again, I think the current lenght of timeout is the best.

How can you not? You made three threads complaining about the same thing, if you're gonna say you didn't see it at least remember how many times you've complained to keep it down to one thread.
