Telling people to kill themselves

Ok so (for some reason) telling someone to kill themselves is not reportable unless its implied that they mean irl

Now, if both players are alive (in game ofc), and one tells the other to die in a way that isnt posible in game (say, a car accident), is it enough proof to say they meant irl?
