My steam premium issues

Hi, I have had some issues with steam premium. I have gotten everything on the list from getting steam premium except for the Steambot3000 skin. This, being the main reason I bought the steam version , makes me pretty annoyed, so if anyone knows how to get my Steambot3000 skin, which I did pay for, please let me know.
